Can I request a scenario where you're Kris's younger sister under SM and an idol. And after he files the lawsuit he sees bad and malicious comments about him and her. But before he does. Anything she stands up for him on SM social sites an gets scolded after. So she calls him and tells him she's leaving SM too, because her dream wasn't to stand in the spotlight but stand by him. And he gets touched and cries. I love sibling love~^^ Is this possible for you?
Oh hell yeah I can definitely write this. But don't expect it to be really good because I couldn't write anything angsty to save my life. Also, Admin Belle had already answered this scenario here, but I had this saved in the drafts so now your scenario has been answered twice~ -Admin Jenna
You had entered SM Entertainment around the same time as your older brother, Kris. He debuted before you did, so he soon became very busy. But he always found time to make sure you were handling your training well. When you debuted you two had even less time together, but he still made time for you. He was always texting and calling you to congratulate you on a win, or a new MV, or a comeback. And you were just as supportive.
That went on for two years, but suddenly one day you got a text from Kris saying, "We won't be able to talk for a few weeks, something's come up. I love you very much. Don't worry." You didn't know what it meant, but Kris was a strong character so you knew he could handle whatever it is.
However, when you entered the SM building that day, the employees were in such a state of panic. You were so confused. Suddenly, EXO's manager bursts through a set of doors in the back and his eyes meet yours, "____-ssi! I need to talk to you!" He yelled. His voice sounded so desperate to you.
"What is it? What's going on?"
"What's going on? Kris didn't tell you anything?"
EXO's manager came to a halt in front of you and sighed heavily. He didn't think he would be the one to have to break such news to you, "Kris filed a lawsuit against SM. He's in China somewhere and he won't answer anyone's texts or calls."
"Yi Fan, what's going on?"
"The guys are worried about you too,"
"Don't worry about what anyone's saying about you. I believe in you 100%"
"Mom called me, she said you haven't been answering her calls or texts. She's crying, Yi Fan. Please call her."
These were only a few of the messages you had sent Kris in the past week. He didn't answer a single one. You didn't bother calling him because you knew he wouldn't answer, but you really needed him.
SM and some interviewers and Idols who don't know anything have been talking bad about your brother and it hurt to hear. But what hurt even more is that you didn't know what to say to them because Kris hadn't told you anything.
That day however, you had an interview on a radio show with your girl group. You were pretty quiet the whole interview and it was almost over when suddenly the host says, "____-ssi?"
You look up from the dark wood table and smile a little, "Yes?"
"So recently your older brother, Kris, has filed a lawsuit over SM. Have you heard from him recently?"
"Ah. yes that's right. But no, he hasn't answered my texts I'm pretty worried about--"
"How irresponsible. Leaving SM after a comeback.. Ignoring everyone's calls. EXO was supposed to have their first concert and he just disappears. You know, maybe it's good he left."
"Excuse me?" You scoffed, before your leader had any way of calming you down, "My older brother, Wu Yi Fan, had left SM for personal reasons. If I don't know them now, you can be sure I'll know them soon. You will not speak that way about my brother while I'm here, he is a great person and he has done many great things which you all chose to ignore just because he's standing up for himself and his health and leaving a company that apparently didn't care!"
The host just stares at you in silence, and your leader places a hand on your forearm, "Sit down," she whispers through her teeth, "You're causing trouble."
You pull your arm away from her, "Well get ready for more, MinHee. I quit."
You hadn't given her a single second to respond before storming out of there. You ran through the small crowd of your groups fans and jumped into your managers car. He had that radio station on and turned with wide eyes, "What did you think you were doing?!" he yelled.
"I was standing up for my brother," you answered quietly but sternly.
"____-ah. There are better ways to do that then yelling at the radio host."
"I wasn't going to just sit there and let him talk bad about my brother like everyone else has been doing. I needed to do something."
Your manager sighed heavily, "Did you mean what you said back there? 'I quit'"
You bit the inside of your cheek and nodded, "Yes. Absolutely."
It was quiet until your members got back into the car. Your leader scolded you constantly while some members gave you looks of sympathy and others tried to ignore the situation. You didn't bother to respond to her because it didn't matter. You weren't part of that group anymore.
That night you were sitting in the dorm with your former group. You had two days to find a new apartment or something, until then you had to stay with them. The maknae was persuading you to stay but you couldn't say yes. You were done.
In the mean time, Kpop social media was going crazy. Weibo, twitter, and even the news was talking about your response on the radio today. Kris still hadn't contacted you, and you wondered if he had even seen it. But he must have, the story is everywhere now.
Everyone was doing what they were doing to Kris, calling you irresponsible, immature, swear words that you couldn't have imagined if you tried. It was hell. Your leader wouldn't speak to you, well most of the members wouldn't except for the previously-mentioned maknae.
You were resting on your bed, staring at the white ceiling you had grown used to over the two years you had it, when suddenly your phone rings. You didn't want to answer at first because you really didn't need to be scolded again, but when you turned and saw the not-so-familiar name of your brother your heart jumped.
Immediately you answered and pressed the phone to your ear, "Hello?"
"Yi Fan, what the hell is wrong with you?" You shot wanting to get to your answered questions before he had the chance to ask any.
He sighed, "I'm sorry I disappeared. I really needed time to think. I shouldn't have done that to you--"
"I'm sorry. And I did call mom. She's okay now. Now I've got to make it be okay for you."
You nodded, "Yeah, but that won't be so easy... Did you.. did you by any chance see the news? Or listen to the radio yesterday?"
You could hear a slight laugh escape his lips, "Yeah. I know all about that. I was listening to it. Thank you for standing up for me, _____. But you don't have to give up your dream for me."
"My dream?" You asked, adjusting the phone in your hands.
"Yeah. Being an idol, having many fans look up to you. Singing your heart out on stage. I know you love it, you don't have to give it up for me." He says, and you could hear that his voice sounded tired.
"Yi Fan, that wasn't my dream. Honestly, it's a bit embarrassing to admit. But, sure, I did love all the fans, and being an idol, and singing on stage. But none of that matters to me if I'm not with you. I joined SM so that I wouldn't lose you forever. The past few weeks have been horrible because I didn't get to see you randomly in the SM building, and I didn't get to hear your voice or anything and you had me so worried..."
"Aish," His voice now sounded shaky, "_____. Don't say such cheesy things, kid."
"Are you crying?" You asked, in disbelief.
"Of course n-ot." He hiccuped. A large smile appeared on your face as you now knew he was lying. "Yi Fan, I'm going to get a plane ticket to China to come see you, and then we're going to go home to mom. Everything will be okay, yeah?"
It took him a moment to recompose himself, but when he did you could practically hear his smile, "Yeah. It will. I'll see you soon."
Ahh, I hope you liked it. I'm not very good with endings~
