Please Help Us Out

My boyfriend and I need to raise about $800 Canadian before the month of January. We have little money right now, due to medication and food expenses, but we’ll have less money as we need to return to my boyfriend’s parent’s place to get his stuff.

The cost of the trip, not including food, is $400. Which we can’t afford to buy food after.

We’ve known for about a month that we’d not be able to afford it, especially since bills, food and medicine take up my pay for the month.

It would be severely appreciated if you donated, I’m willing to make landscapes for those who do, or 500 word one-shots if requested. Limited to 10 landscapes at a time and 5 one-shots. Minimum donation would be $10. If you can’t donate, then please help spread this around.

To shed more light on the situation. I’m disabled, my boyfriend is a disabled artist- who doesn’t get a lot of commissions- and we live with my retired grandfather who’s pension still hasn’t kicked in.

We already have more to pay for than we can afford and are just scraping by.

I promise to take pictures of what we buy- names of places and locations blacked out for safety reasons- and only spend the money on food and medicine. Any extra money will be saved for next month’s expenses.

To note, I really hate having to do this, I feel awful asking for money because I don’t think I deserve it, but we’ve already been going with little food the past week- not even a meal a day- and I know it’s only going to get worse unless we ask for donations.

Another note, we need more than I’m asking for, this is the bare minimum I feel okay with asking, this covers one month of groceries- I only get paid for one month at a time- and doesn’t touch medicine or anything else. Which we need to get refills and such on soon.
