DANUBIUS-ERIC receives its official recognition with a plate awarded at the RTI Conference, under the Danish Presidency of the EU Council. Jean-David Malo, Acting Director, ERA & Innovation, DG RTD, European Comission hands over the Official Plaque to Adrian Stanica (coordinator of the ESFRI initiative DANUBIUS-RI) and Mihaela Paun (coordinator of DANUBIUS-Romania) 🥳

DANUBIUS-RI Innovation in Action Workshops
As part of the implementation strategy of the DANUBIUS-RI Science and Innovation agenda, the Hydro Nation Chair’s David Millar and Deryck Irving, from the University of Stirling (USTIR) ran a series of innovation in action workshops to help our supersites identify critical problems and build solutions to solve them. This work is key to co-developing a roadmap to support the translation of research outputs into innovation opportunities.
