Not exactly magnificent, but phenomenal.
Awhile ago I went to Joar's place only to find out that Jirah had come already and I am self-proclaimed late. They are almost done beating the pancake and my only job there is to help them out. I feel useless, but not for long.
Once we cooked, I am so having fun by shaping the pancakes, and I can tell that I am doing a good job. [I just hope Jirah and Joar don't object.] Then after like what seemed to be endless cooking a cup of the curdle, we were so done.
The tasting part tho... At first I threw up all I ate but the second time I swallowed them all, and they fantastically really do taste like pancakes, regarding we used okra extract as the substitute for the evaporated milk. We like the outputs, and I just can't wait to see the look on Ma'am's face.
When we already cleaned up our things and collected all the rubbish, I can say we need some rest. I sat and read Catching Fire while Jirah eat food. And then I feel envious and also ate food. Then we decided going to the seashore... only to see the phenomenal body of water. The sea.
We sat by the shore and saw a group of men and women whom I suspected are from another town since they act like foreigners. In my head, I cannot help but to criticize the man wearing the boxers because he looks so boastful, though I am not in the right place to do such. He looks handsome though. And I cannot avoid the beauty of the woman who sat on him. She, I think, is the girlfriend of the man in boxers, and they look sweet. That makes me a little bitter, but it doesn't matter anyway. Enough for the group, what I really laughed at is the shape they were making on top of the man with the sand. Highly confidential though.
Going back to the sea, the sunset was reflecting the light on it, and I can't help but compliment its beauty. I love the picture of the sea. It gives me the feeling of freedom. I told Jirah my thoughts about it, and we compared the sea with the river and waterfall. Obviously I'm on the side of the sea and consequently she and Joar did as well. The sea looks so free, away from the trees and all the rocks surrounding the river. The sea looks so wide and i's just so peaceful and the waves... the waves are just so relaxing.
Then we decided to stay for about a couple of minutes and savor the nature God made. And then I saw the airplane and told them something, that when you imitate your hands as a camera and picture 100 airplanes, you then make one wish. They were so happy about it, besides, there's really nothing bad about hoping that your wish would come true right? So we did, and as of now, we did four. We are so happy until we left the place and I myself, while riding on the bus on my way home, while reading the book, think of the beauty of that mesmerizing sea again... to imagine it's the first time I have appreciated seas. Really.
