Ok ok ok, haha, last post for today. So earlier there was an open mic that found it about that my school was hosting. I found it about an hour beforehand, and even though it was random, I considered this a sign that I need to put on my big boy pants and perform anyways. So I sign up, and then I wait. As my name began to get closer and closer to being called, I begin visualizing different ways of performing that ended up randomly asking one of the previous performers to help me out by playing the guitar with vocal ad-libs, and an innovative "entrance" that involved me starting out in the audience and then working my way up to the stage, . . . but then just as cool as my thoughts began to get, shortly afterwards, I was told I couldn't perform because of time. At this point, I had two decisions: 1, accept defeat and wait until tomorrow, WITHOUT my friend to help me with the guitar; or 2, be the man and manifest! Guess which decision I chose? So I won't toot my own horn, but I'll leave y'all with the knowledge of knowing that tonight, I made not only some new fans, but some believers too!
