I'm about a week into my program and, I'm not gonna fluff it up and lie, it's been tough. This week I've been craving pizza, fries, pasta, you name it. I just want to shove food in my face... not because I'm hungry, but because my body is freaking out, my emotions are crazy from detoxing and my body is wondering where all the junk food is to "soothe my pain." I have considered cheating a few times but 5 days in and I've been strong... with a little help from my friends. Jenna posted her results with the SAME program and she blew me away! 11lbs and 8.5 inches in just 21 days. She tried new things, experimented with new recipes, and realized a lot of the time before, she was just eating when she was bored. SHE WAS SPEAKING MY LIFE!! lol You can bet your biscuits (mmmm... biscuits) that she's motivating me to stick to my meal plan and see this thing through. Can't wait to see how good I feel in two more weeks.
