TS4 ReShader help

Hi all! I know most of you guys are TS2 simblrs, I just installed TS4 (again) trying my luck and I installed a reshader preset which works fine, except the controls of the game are messed up and are super sensitive? Also it makes the game very slow even if I toggle it off? What am I messing up? :(
