Peter rapped carefully on the door. Of course the person knew he was coming. He had to be buzzed into the building to even get this far. Which cool, building security. Maybe that would mean people pay less attention to some unconventional comings and goings. Not that he was 100% sure he would be staying here. Up to the owner after all.
Normally he would be stuck in the collage dorms. Which admittedly would be even more risky for going unnoticed. But unfortunately an ‘incident’ damaged the living space. Most of the students could be moved but they didn’t quite have enough space for everyone with this recent damage. Since he managed to be one of the last ones registered Peter fell to the bottom of the list for priority placement.
Aunt May already using his room to supplement income and help paying rent. Renting it out which helped pay the bills. Living in the City, even out in Queens was expensive. They’d been managing but Peter wanted better for her. So he gave her his blessing when he moved into the dorms. Now this.
He did luck out by finding this possibility on the student board. There was one that the scholarship students used. Help looking for more funding to get them through all their schooling and other opportunities. So when this popped up, he decided to worth a try.
