I discussed an approach that each and every person can implement to increase their personal resilience, identify their personal power code, and build environments where resilience can flourish. I hope that people in the room were challenged to create connections and engagement across their systems that can truly make things better for them and their teams! I believe that the 300 or so attendees felt my authentic care for them, compassion for everything they have and are experiencing, and understand that my hope for them is to be able to build a life that they can be empowered to live each and every day!
