Hi everyone, Lara here again! On the other end of the spectrum from Clara, Manon here is a reincarnation of Jennifer Check - everyone loves polar opposites! The same deal applies below; I’d love to get some plots going with her, too!!
- god save the prom queen. She was always the popular girl - and that hasn’t changed. She left and came back; but it’s as if she never left town, for her energy is too omnipotent to forget. Even after getting caught with the prom queen and the quarterback in the locker rooms at her senior homecoming dance, she was a fixture in the underworld culture of the town. I would really like to keep her rooted in that, even though she left for a few years and came back (bigger and better and gayer than ever tbh). I’d love for her to be friends with people who’ve lived in town all their lives, as well as welcome newcomers in a way only a former demon knows how.
- drink up. Some say that she’s the girl who popped One-Eyed Pete’s eye out. Others say she killed the girl and took her place. Either way, Manon owns that bar as if it were her own; she’s a favorite bartender, unabashedly using her feminine wiles to get more tips than just about anyone else. She wants to open her own bar someday - or perhaps a burlesque club … or a strip club … or maybe just a brothel, if she gets desperate enough. But she’s a people person. And they eat her up. And she eats them up right back.
- sexual creature. Manon is a closeted lesbian. She gets all her best tips from men, and she’ll drag them on for as long as is necessary, but she will not be truly satisfied until she can come out.
- the good lord hates bitches. Manon never had the best relationship with religion, as a whole institution. Her parents were staunchly Baptist, and in retaliation she would plant Satanist pamphlets all around her house at random intervals - though she’s not sure if she believes that either. She often gets great satisfaction from smoking on the steps of the church, putting out the ashes just by the door - but never going in. The whole institution just feels wrong to her. And she’s learned to follow her gut. So, in short, don’t ask her to come to church. Or do. That’d be interesting.
- got a light? As would probably be characteristic of any reincarnated demon, Manon smokes like a chimney. She knows it’s a nasty habit, but she really can’t be bothered. She also indulges in illegal drugs every now and then, but she doesn’t exactly advertise it - she’s not about to share, after all.
- about. Honestly she’s just the hottest mess, and the biggest bitch, and I’m ready to unleash her on the unsuspecting innocent. Obviously she’s not a literal demon anymore, but metaphorically speaking the label still holds true. She’s judgmental, brash, and particular, but she’ll also be a fierce ally if you’re lucky enough to be on her side. She gets very attached to people she likes, and openly antagonizes people she doesn’t - so I’d love to have plots all along that spectrum!

despite coming from a family of successful police officers, and even one fbi agent, scarlet has not had an easy time walking the straight and narrow.
as a teenager, she made friends with the wrong people, and made stupid decisions, leading to becoming addicted to alcohol, which she has struggled with staying away from since the day she took her first drink.
she always wanted to be just like her grandfather, to make a difference in people’s lives, and so she went into the same career field as he had.
however, she didn’t want to be up close and personal with all of that, so she decided that she would help over the airwaves, so she decided to become a 911 dispatcher.
she has never been able to hang her hat up after a day of work and be able to put everything she’d heard on the back burner.
her job stays with her, even when she’s not working. it affects so many aspects of her life, but especially her struggles with addiction.
she is unaware and unconcerned, at present, with the fact that she was mia allen in a previous life, and doesn’t understand that her struggles with addiction have been long present and an issue she has always had to fight to overcome.
she wouldn’t call herself a positive person, but based on what she’s been through, it’s a wonder she isn’t less positive about her current situations.
she almost drowned as a child, and that was when samara made her presence known fully. because she was so terrified, she took over, kicking and screaming, trying to get out of the water.
winnie, however, was not to be discouraged from the water, and took it upon herself to beg her parents for swim lessons.
only a decade and a half later, winnie would find herself teaching swim lessons and lifeguarding at the pool.
she’s exceptionally gifted when it comes to history, and especially likes to spout off facts about her own small town. she’s spent quite a lot of time in the library, researching just what it is that makes deacon falls so unlike other places.
she is an only child, which is a good thing, as she was a total brat growing up, and has never learned how to get along with people who are vying for attention from the same people she’s looking to give her attention.

ARTEMIS FOLEY is a 20 YEAR OLD CIS FEMALE (SHE/HER). Don’t they look eerily like NATALIA DYER? They were once known as BENJAMIN WILLIS (THE FISHERMAN), but now they’re yet another Deacon Falls VILLAIN.
Arty is a pretty well composed person, able to keep her chill and playful demeanor at most times. She’s acts kind but behind that is secretly calculating, taking in every bit of information that she can about those around her.
She also has extremely bad temper, one that causes her other side to flare up. For a long time she tried to stop this, knowing that terrible things happened when Benjamin came out but more recently she’s stopped trying, letting him take full control in those times. That side has even started to take over more often, even when she’s not angry.
She was raised in a survivalistic enviornment by her mothers, her family had plenty of money but she was constantly in the woods, learning to hunt, fish and fend for herself if the time ever came. Her mothers being the kind of women you’d see on the show Doomsday Preppers. As such, she’s a crackshot with most firearms, her bow and an excellent fisherman.
Most times you can catch her hanging around her own little cabin she’s built out in the woods, fishing at the docks or at the ranger tower.

kyndal likes to think of herself as a badass. really, she’s just a little too idiotic for her own good. she’ll run headfirst into a dangerous situation without even thinking twice.
she was born and raised in deacon falls, and has dreamed of getting the fuck out of the place since she can remember. somehow, though, she’s always drawn back.
she works as a coroner, despite how much she hates dead bodies. she tends to get the short stick, and ends up examining the brutal murders.
her best friend is kennywatts (sup @filmncrd) and even though she refuses to accept it, she loves him. man, does she love that stupid, underfed, red vine eating doofus.
she’s not too intune w/ sidney. it’s more like she and sidney are fused as one person. they kind of exist as one entity, with neither of them leaving toward more or less in control.
she spends a lot of her time reading in the park, as if she’s some character out of an old romance novel. surely that can’t be safe in a town like deacon falls, huh, kyn?

sloane is a stuck up princess. she knows it. you know it. i know it. we all know it.
she is also a big baby. she will flat out refuse to watch scary movies, hates being alone after dark, and sleeps with a baseball bat within reach.
she has an older brother. they get along well enough.
her parents were thrilled when they learned they were having a little girl, and thus, spoiled the absolute shit out of her.
she’s the girl that clawed one eyed pete’s eyeball out. he was looking at her in a way she didn’t like.
her career is designing expensive ball gowns (which are not really needed in deacon falls, but still), but her day job is working as a florist at the cemetery. she refuses to work past five and wouldn’t be caught dead at the cemetery after nightfall.
she has no idea who she was in her past life and has no real desire to find out.
despite not knowing about her past, like helen, she was incredibly active in the pageant world. she won several titles, a scholarship, and was Miss Deacon Falls’ Pumpkin Princess three years running at the halloween carnival. now, as a former Pumpkin Princess, she hands over the crown to the new winner every year.
yes, hi hello, it’s me again. tryin’ to remember all that i wrote down in my application.
-- Vivian is very much a “mom” character. She’s very maternal and always wanted a large family because she grew up in one. She always loved the idea of having many children when she grew up, but unfortunately she never did.
-- Vivian always found herself in the wrong relationships, usually ending badly.
-- Although she’s unaware of her past life as Mrs. Voorhees, she often dreams of a lake, and begins to feel as if she’s suffocating, and will wake up abruptly before anything else can happen. She’s had this dream since she was a young child and continues to have it.
-- Mrs. Voorhees clings to Vivian quite harshly, she’s the reason why her relationships always end so terribly. She becomes slightly obsessive in relationships, always pushing the idea of becoming a family and that tends to push her partners away.
-- Not to mention those she does date aren’t exactly the nicest.
-- To fill the maternal void she feels for not having a family of her own, she became a school counselor, considering the staff and children her extended family.
-- Viv didn’t grow up in Deacon Falls but moved here as an adult after seeing an opening for a school counselor.
-- I hope to explore Vivian’s dreams more extensively, and allowing the “darker” side of Vivian to show itself more often.
