“I should have worn red..” Ben said and straightened the front of his blue dress, he knew showing the skin on his stomach was bold but he wasnted to make an impression. He reached up but ben remembered not to touch his face, the scar of remembrance pained on his supple lips.

“You look beautiful your majesty.”  his main handmaiden said with a smile. She had been with the Prince now Queen since he was a small child and new he was a bit nervous. The new Queen was meeting an envoy from the New Republic was coming

Ben isn’t sure what reaction he was expecting (he knew which one he was hoping for) but he’s not entirely surprised that Poe responds with a dare. Expanding his awareness through the force would be intrusive and unfair although it might calm his racing heart a little to peek at how Poe might react. The only thing that has stopped him has been worrying about how the other young man would react. Now or never, he thinks. Ben takes a breath and leans in. It’s a soft kiss that lingers for a few seconds; when Ben pulls away his cheeks are red and eyes drop.

he was hurt. kylo ren could feel it. he sighed and tried to clear his head, telling himself, for what seemed like the hundredth time, that poe was the enemy now. he should not be feeling any empathy for him. but no matter how hard he tried, he kept coming back to the pilot’s life force, feeling distressed about how it was fading. 

he groaned and ordered a handful of storm troopers to follow him to  predicted crash site on jakku, much to the general’s surprise. he hid his concern for poe under the veil of merely wanting to recapture his prisoner for information and piloted to the planet as fast as possible.

now by the downed TIE fighter, his eyes looked around fanatically as he tried to feel the man out. “Find him.” he ordered and his men scattered while ren took off in the opposite direction.

Fixer Upper (RP with @resistanceflybcy)

Amelia laid on a plastic creeper (the board with wheels on it that mechanics use) and rolled under the X-wing, pliers and wrench in hand, looking for any flaws to fix. The black squadron had just gotten in from doing a practice flight, so she took it upon herself to check the X-wings, making sure they would be ready for their next flight out. There. A faulty wire. An easy fix.

She rolled back out, grabbing a spare wire from her toolbox, and rolled back in, getting to work. She was almost done with this one, and was planning on checking on another pilot’s next. That is, if any of them asked.

Lost and Found

Hux groaned and rubbed his head as he started to come to. He’d been hit hard during that last skirmish with the Resistance. He’d expected to open his eyes and see the ceiling of the medbay over his head, but all he saw was dark skies. He was confused as he sat up and looked around him. He found out that he had been left for dead on the battlefield. “Great...” 

He got up and went looking for a way to call for help. He found that all the stormtroopers comms had been knocked out. He grumbled as kicked a random body. “This place is abandoned...” He muttered to himself as he dug through debris to find something to help him get off the desolate planet. 

After about two days he began to think he might just be doomed to die there. He was just glad there was a Resistance base there and it had been left pretty well stocked. He looked a little worse for wear since he hadn’t been able to change or shower. “Kriff they had fried their own stuff too.” He pounded his fist against a short circuited comms board. 

He had found a stock with clothing and was now wearing a white tank top and light pants. The humidity of the planet had killed him the first day. He was walking around the border of the base when he heard soft noises. He went to investigate and found a beacon. “Finally.” He said as he picked the damned thing up and turned it on. He just wondered who would receive the beacon. He kept the thing close by so they would find him easily.

Ren stormed into the interrogation room, looking at the Resistance pilot that they had taken from the village on Jakku. He knew the pilot all too well; Poe Dameron. His Poe. He knew him back on the planet below them, the moment he saw him, he knew who it was. He’d been informed by the General that it was time for Dameron to join the small circle who knew who the mole was in the First Order.

“Leave us.” He commanded the guards, and immediately, they left the room. He shut the door, sealing it to insure that no one could interrupt them. He turned to the pilot, moving closer. He didn’t say anything, nor did he touch him. After a moment, he cleared his throat.

“Have you anything to say, pilot?”
