#6: Luminous Impactor (Olympia Theme 1)
Requested by Purplekoop, their comment: "Originally was torn what song to pick for Rivals of Aether in this first week, and was planning something else before knowing I had to pick my favorite track currently in both games. Olympia is by a mile my favorite of the four workshop characters added officially to the first game, and my favorite of this year's new additions to the sequel (so far anyways, Galvan looks sickeningly up my alley). Olympia is a sick design and super fun, with this song getting across the adrenaline rush she offers perfectly. The whole song is great, with the shredding guitars at the start, but easily my favorite part is the piano going NUTS towards the end of the loop. Her trailer for 2 has an extensive combo or recovery sequence right as the piano hits the highest notes and it's SO good, it made the wait for her AGONIZING. She's here now at least, shame it's so inconvenient to hear her song actually play in either game."
