I’ve just finished reading through Pia’s Adventurer Stories and I can’t believe how great her bond with Euden is. Them both playing together for Pia’s ensemble exam was so nice, and I feel like they have a really good older brother / younger sister bond.
I just had to write some HCs for them~
- Pia writes letters to Euden all the time, telling him how she’s getting on with the choir, what adventures she and Mr. Mouse have been getting up to, and the dates of her upcoming exams and performances. Euden surprises her by travelling to the snowy town and sitting in the audience to hear her perform.
- Euden began practicing the piano more often during his downtime so that he could be ready for whenever Pia visits. It’s become a pleasant hobby for him, and the rest of his team are happy that he’s found a way to relax and avoid becoming overworked.
- Euden always kneels or sits down in front of Pia whenever she’s scared or wants to have a serious talk with him, so that he’s always looking in her eyes. He wants her to know that her fears and insecurities are important to him.
- As the seasons pass, whenever Pia comes back to visit the kingdom, Euden notices how much more confident and sure of herself she’s gotten since her previous visits, and she’s eager to show him all the new things she can do on her own without feeling afraid. He’s so proud of her.
- Pia always brings two new songs with her when she comes back to visit. One specifically dedicated to Euden, and another for them to play together. She refuses to sing their duet pieces without him.
- Pia never calls Euden by his name, and favours the title “Prince” instead. Over time, it becomes less of a royal title and more of an endearing nickname.
