Can't believe I'm turning 23 this Saturday (October 6). Ugh...the dredges of adulthood are catching up to me

I have my ADHD assessment tomorrow as the first step to getting diagnosed, and though it’s not essential, I thought I’d write down the traits and things that made me realize I have it and situations in which my life has been difficult so that I can better articulate this to the doctor.

In true ADHD fashion I’m not doing it.
