1. Top five favourite moments in the MCU?

oh my god okay this is just gonna be the top 5 I can think of right now because this is too much

a) the causeway fight, especially the Steve vs Bucky part in The Winter Soldier

b) the Bifrost battle set to the Immigrant Song in Ragnarok

c) Tony testing out his Mark II armour for the first time and the laugh of joy he does when he breaks the ice in time and flies off

d) Carol flying through space and decimating the Kree fleet with her bare hands. there were more meaningful moments in that movie for sure but during that entire scene I was like, laughing with glee in the theatre

e) the South Korea car chase in Black Panther, especially the Shuri and T’Challa banter

2. Top five least favourite moments in the MCU?

again this is not Definitive it’s just what I can think of right now

a) literally any Bruce/Natasha scene in AOU, especially the “I’m a monster” conversation

b) Peter Quill beating up Thanos and making them all lose in Infinity War (I don’t hate him for it or anything but that scene makes me wanna pull my hair out lol)

c) all the parts in The Dark World where Selvig is running around naked being crazy just … what. why did we need any of that.

d) most of the stuff with baby Groot and Rocket being imprisoned on the Ravagers ship like why are the Ravagers so goddamned annoying, I’m amazed Nebula didn’t kill them all

e) a lot of Iron Man 2. it’s tough to pick. perhaps the drunk Iron Man party like it’s kinda fun and very sad but mostly just … cringey. the Nat/Pepper catfighting is also so so bad I want none of it.

me neither. :/ can't get into any of her books unfortunately...

i really wanted to!! and sometimes there are flashes of stuff i really love because i’m bold enough to admit i’m kind of a pretentious arts heaux & la tartt goes hard for all that stuff but it just never... lands for me? tbh i think she could benefit from a strong substantial editor but her reputation is too large to ever get one.

also tsh was just like... had a particularly terrible opinion of women that bummed me out....
