if you know anything about this song you'll get it but basically it's a song taylor swift wrote about her (now ex 💀) boyfriend and a testament of their love and how he's her muse and i feel like that's very jihoon with his songwriting and all

this song is about how when you get famous you can loose sight of things and you might get so lost keeping up with your fame that you start to ignore things like your self care or your friends and i feel like that relates to jihoon a lot and how he's spoken about the stress of svt's success being on his shoulders and how he's always working on his music and i think this song would resonate in him

YOUR LIPS MY LIPS APOCALYPSE 🗣🗣 this song is about healing from past relationships and trust and embracing the good and bad and that's the kind of boyfriend i think jihoon is, also i can imagine him softly listening to this song

basically i once saw an edit of jihoon to this song and i will now always associate him w/ this song but also it's about love for someone (a past partner) who helped shape you and overall i think the pace of the song and the lyrics fit jihoon and how he appreciates all the people in his life and how they've shaped him

i had to narrow down like fifteen songs for this LOL but apparently i associate a lot of bittersweet songs with jihoon like...he is just so devastating in the best and worst possible ways

based on the title i was expecting more of a ballad/slower song but i was pleasantly surprised by the sound we got! it looks like it's an nct subunit(? so this makes sense since they are a 3rd gen bg but the sound really reminds me of like peak 3rd gen boy group music which is what got me into kpop so i actually really like it. also the harmonies at the beginning >>> gonna add this to my playlist!

honestly this is either or for me! but i think honestly most of the time the trope comes for me though. sometimes i can think of a trope or a potential plot/concept and piece it a little bit together in my head before deciding which member to write for, moreso depending on their personality and vibes. but there are other times where, lets say a picture of a member pops up in a particular setting (ex: minghao in hai cheng, which is how i came up with the angstiest piece of work for him lmao), and i'd immediately envision something in that head with said member! it could really go both ways tbh haha. thank u for asking <33
