Misconception: Resting Heart Rate
最近開始用UP的健康手帶,不同以往用於跑步的Fuelband,這支可以測量心跳率,從而可以根據心跳狀態自動紀錄睡眠及運動的時刻,初用一個星期開始留意一個叫Resting Heart Rate的數字,從一個人全日的心跳圖找出靜止狀態時的心跳率,我測到有55bpm,而UP的手機程式温提資訊(來自美國的American Heart Association)指出,正常值應該介乎60-100之間,後來多番查證才知道其實這個平均值60-100是偏高的,有資訊更指Resting HR反映一個人的健康狀態,留意這個Link,越低Resting HR,代表越健康。 我的心跳,原來已經是運動員級別了~
