The stream is now done..we can all go get some rest and enjoy the magical, amazing thing this community just did! we raised so much for such a good cause and i am so proud of everyone.. we stayed up late..got little to no sleep..kept watch and kept donating...we guarded the night from demons and things that lurked in the dark..we laughed and had a wonderful time...And when it was time to say goodbye.. some of us..including me... cried....Be proud today! Magic happened!

You May Rest Now 🌙 I struggle the most with this concept. I feel like I must always be productive and accomplished. I never slow down. I berate myself when I rest because I feel lazy and that I'm wasting time. This is absolutely wrong. Rest is essential! Rest is necessary for recovery! Rest is not doing "nothing."
