This is not to mention all of the suffering and distress that the animal endured at whatever farm the animal was born and raised, and in the transport to the slaughterhouse. No slaughter is just. It all involves taking the life of an innocent sentient being that did not want to die for the sake of sensory pleasure. - ‘Humane’ treatment is impossible. All use is morally wrong. The problem is use not treatment. - ▪️It doesn’t matter if they had the best lives in the world.
