Building my résumé ! Question ⁉️
Does anyone know the protocol for when I have 4 years experience with a really good job, but my old manager is gone & I have no way of contacting them so that's totally out of the equation as well as my old employer at the time has retired and there is literally no one left at my old job that knows who I am and can vouch for what kind of worker/person I am. What do I do ?!?! Not put it on my résumé at all (which would seriously suck) ? Or put it down without a reference (is that weird) ? I have no idea what would be the proper thing to do in this situation. I'm going to try and research some answers. Wondering if anyone has ever had this problem and what they did or if they know what to do ? Stressing to the max. Found an amazing job I want to apply to, found out the decline is this Thursday and I'm kind of REALLY freaking out. 😳😁😰
