There are days when I need to remind myself that I impact my own, as well as our mutual, future in the stories I decide to tell and dwell in. These past two days I've hit a patch of sadness as I contemplate the many forces at play and ponder how humanity is taking on the powerful invitation the world has given us to rethink, renew, reimagine, repurpose and redefine all facets of life. I see pictures of my European colleagues moving into holiday and I wonder if I will be alone in my house for the rest of this year. I see a deluge of offerings online and I wonder about the fine line between profit and profiteering. I still feel that evolution is calling me to greater stillness and deep listening, rather than moving back to a normal that wasn't working for all of us. But are we listening? What future are we co-creating now? This is a profound moment for transformation. To #rethinkwork. To refashion what we practice as #leadership.
