One of the coolest vintage buttons I've revived is the I'm A Pizza People button! I believe originally you were only able to write one word and you were stuck with it. With my new one you can swap out the names as much as you want!
I would advise against using permanent pen, a white board marker is suggested. If you DO use a permanent pen, go over it with a white board marker to clear it up.
