Retro PC Games #16: Heretic
Corvus peruses a Tome of Power while contemplating the difficult journey ahead. 🧝♂️📖🪄
I've been replaying Heretic of late. I don't know if you can call it underrated, but it's a classic either way.

Insomnia is a pain, but at least it sometimes results in 3d models of critters from 90s educational games I never played.
Blazing Chrome release trailer Some retro-run-n-gunning from the makers of the pretty good NES Castelvania throwback Odallus: The Dark Call.
Took a break and played some Banjo-Kazooie (sometimes I like seeing how fast I can 100% it - no cheats/glitches. Don’t play that way), and while I don’t have any of my original cartridges from childhood (thanks, dad) I have bought a couple replacements. And...It sort of bothers me that my copy of Banjo-Kazooie is hacked? Like, it has Stop & Swop, which it shouldn’t. Feels like a weird thing to be bothered by, but I am for some reason.
Throwback WIP. With lots more time to work on personal projects now available to me I plan on finishing this... Spoiler alert: it involves Ripley.
