#Today I #walked #fivemiles #on #SilverCometTrail had #greatcompany ... #and #learned 5miles is 10000 steps (roughly) so when I'm on the #treadmill I can get that equivalent #workout Good part : Catching up, laughing about all the time missed and passed (busy schedules) while burning almost 1000 calories.
