i feel like what's happen in america rn reminds people that democracy is most of the time a mirage and that extremist groups cannot be tolerated. i will never understand what gives racist, white and angry trump supporters the entitelment to storm capitol hill durring what is basically mostly ceremonial shit. i don't know how that country feels comfortable promoting and preaching democracy and letting shit like this slide.
today, mitch mcbitch lost the senate to a black reverend who works in the same church as mlk and a young jewish man and the senate will be presided over by a woman of colour and a jewish man. this has never happened in history, ever. and as you read this post, white people are basically tackled by mall cops while blm protestors were stomped, shot and got tear gas and a rain of bullets as an answer to their pleads for basic human rights.
