I mean, if you can't get an OG collectible for your Sans collection, you can always go with a knock-off version that better suits your tastes. Right, Nightmare?
Rewind Sans' corrupted and even more edgelord AU form, Reverse, all in his Synthwave colors glory! While Rewind is already a (good hearted) little sh*t in his own special way, this version is far far worse. Doesn't hesitate to use violence, tired of everyone's shit, desperate to claim a body for his brother's preserved SOUL (with force), and suffering from the corruption which plagues UndRewind; it makes him unstable. His corruption shows as glitches in the fur trims of his coat (and at times his eye light and SOUL, which are purple) and the dark purple/black ooze which starts dripping from his eye socket, mouth and hands when he gets emotional. A good thing he wears a lot of black ¦D He's nasty, aggressive, evil and selfish. If you like that, then he's your jam. Just don't be a human; humans are kill on sight for this version of Rewind.

Would Rewind ever get into a poly relationship? And if so with who else would it be?

Only if he really really really really clicks with someone else. Rewind is demiromantic so he's devoted to only one in a relationship (which canon-wise to UndeRewind was Rewind!Toriel, and now @huntertalesau's Snares). But if there was another special someone that could break the "demiromance" mold, I think it would be Big Blue.
If Chee and I hadn't settled on Snares being Rewind's lover, Big Blue would have been the one instead. So if there is anyone who would be special enough to form a poly with Rewind and Snares, it would be Big B. Buuuut truth be told, Snares isn't a poly guy (as far as I know) so the chance of this happening is low.
Reverse though, he'd be in a poly with Nightmare and the Bad Sanses, he doesn't mind.
Happy Creation Day AKA birthday to my boy Rewind~! It's been two years since I created him so I figured I'd draw all his existing versions to celebrate.

How would a meeting between Rewind and Reverse go? i can't imagine it being a happy greeting between the two ghosts as well
It would be really tense. Rewind and Reverse are aware of each other's existence beforehand, as they have been confused for each other by other monsters in the multiverse. They sort of know what the other has been up to and neither approves.
Rewind would find Reverse a disappointment and Reverse would think of Rewind as a coward. In fact, Reverse would rather be rid of Rewind but eh, he respects that he's sort of the OG in this situation so he'll stay his hand. He's not that bothered... and his boss also enjoys Rewind's quiet suffering so he gets a pass. Rewind would like to keep his distance from Reverse.
As for Ghost and, uhh Ghost. Yeeaaah, they would just be a bunch of sadsacks upon meeting. Ghost still has some optimism left while True Genocide Ghost has lost most of it. He's a quiet and emotionally withdrawn soul that looks and acts like a husk, worn down by Reverse's senseless killings and whatnot. He has given up on hope.
Have Rewind and Reverse met yet?
They haven't! They have yet to cross paths, though if they ever will remains to be seen.
Though, Rewind is aware of his True Genocide self's existence. He's been mistaken for Reverse before, which has made things pretty awkward because those who remember Reverse aren't all that happy with him and his murderous tendencies. One skeleton in particular (@stankychee's Zinfandel) is trying to hunt Reverse down to avenge his lost brother. So, you know... very awkward indeed xD
Not to mention that Nightmare replaced Rewind with Reverse after he was unable to recruit our chill one-eyed AU voyager. Once Nightmare learned there was a far better match out there for his needs and ranks, Reverse was easy to recruit.

There are differences, yes. Reverse's version of UndeRewind isn't called "True Genocide" for nothing.
I won't go into detail about the exact differences though. All that is still in development.
sorry, but I suddenly had two questions, 1. how Rewind Sans will react to the Lust version of himself (maybe you are tired of answering such questions) 2. and Reverse Sans will attack Swap! Rewind Papyrus (or catch him as a candidate for the Reverse brother's vessel )
I don't think Rewind gets fazed anymore by other versions of him xD He gets along well with the OG Lust so I'm sure it's fine between Rewind and Lust!Rewind too.
No, Reverse wouldn't be interested in Swap!Rewind because he is a Swap. When it comes to Swaps, there is a very high risk that a Swap's soul isn't Papyrus coded, no matter that they may look like a Papyrus and are called as such; they're still a Sans in their coding. And well, if it isn't a Papyrus coded soul, it's useless for both Reverse and Rewind. No, he'd have to go after Swap!Ghost instead but as we already established before, nobody knows he still exists so that's useless too.
