I thought I was content with what the Chinese/Spanish translation yielded for that one tremendously botched line in episode 6, but then I just noticed:

The other subtitle options I can read or parse (French, Japanese, Chinese, Spanish and Italian) all use secret as well. But there is a possibility that they are all cross translating from a first translation.
Secret also does not fit the context of episode 6. Nor are the Chinese/Spanish takes of hard feelings and resentment something that have a direct semantic relation to secrets. Which means it has to be originally a word describing something that has no concise word in any of these languages, but kinda exists in a layer below usually tied as a piece to something else more practical, so it winds up being named that depending on context, upon which it's up to the skills of the translator to capture that right nuance a level above. (Translations being an artisan skill.)
Whatever could this thing be, that you could construe secrets, doubts, hard feelings, ill-feelings, unpleasantness, resentment, grudges, spite out of it?
Or also misunderstandings, going by the Russian one as mentioned by @lovekill here.
That post makes it sound like that the Russian word недомолвок which was used for the translation most usually is translated as misunderstandings, but has secondary meanings, I quote:
the word “недомолвок” also translates to “omission”, “ambiguity” or could mean “words left unsaid”
I would say misunderstanding definitely does not fit (ep6 is not about that), but I'm all in with the meaning of "words left unsaid". The episode was all about addressing the elephant in the room, which they dodged talking about in episode 5.
Then I also noticed the trailer also has Thai subs!

But the big word in question seems to be ความลับ (khwaam láp). The first English translation of that word in the Thai dictionary is indeed secret. It also shows up in composita, which are translated as trade secret, mystery, privacy, skeleton in the closet, open secret and also shows up in descriptive phrases for terms of computer security, confide, classified, betrayal, divulge or babbling.
I checked the word up into German, too, which is also gets to be secret, but also hidden, as in concealed, confidential information, also shows up in a German verb composition which would be translated into English as spit it [the information] out or spill the beans.
Thai-French dictionaries say the same things as German. Thai-Japanese dictionaries also go for the three words of secret, 秘密, 内緒, 隠し事, the later two which are literally things hidden/concealed and mental/emotional states inside.
So secret is closest to the meaning, but clearly doesn't quite roll with that word in English in episode 6. Given the context, the Chinese/Spanish would have rolled plausibly fine without looking suspicious, but definitely are still an interpretation with a bit of a stretch. Russian is definitely lucky to have a word that seems to have a secondary meaning that is pretty much matching up with what the Thai word seems to be.
What does that make it best in English in this context?
My take would be a Then from now on, we'll have nothing left unaddressed anymore.
Which also fits to Porsche's reaction. The elephant of the room for Kinn was the act itself. For Porsche it was the emotion, motivation behind the act and that still isn't addressed at all. His eyes clearly look like he wants to say something badly, but then drops it and leaves it unaddressed as is. Even repeats the line, almost as if to convince himself that there is, indeed, nothing left to address.
Ooh, there will be miscommunications upcoming, alright, due to them failing to say what's important to the other at the right timing of when they want to hear it, very clear cue. And Porsche is worse at asking it outright and Kinn too obtuse to read between the lines of Porsche's eyes and gestures.
Me, preparing for that typically exhausting round of jelly arguments to come soonish enough.
