I got an #awesome #introduction to #leglocks from #RoliDelgado today at @gjjsav ! Such a #humble and #generous #teacher. Thanks so much to @collinmoulton and @gjjsav for bringing him in! Other than some basic #defense to them I really didn't know anything about leg lock #attacks until today and I'm not an #expert now or anything but at least I have an idea of how they work. We covered the basic #straightanklelock, some #variations, #toehold, #kneebar, #zlock, #reverseheelhook, and a #heelhook that definitely gives me some things to work on #foodforthought! 🤔🤓 #bjj #budoblr #trainingjournal #seminar #bjjseminar (at Gracie Jiu-Jitsu Savannah)
