‘JOKER’ Directed by Todd Phillips is about ‘Joker’ AKA ‘Arthur’. This movie has nothing to do with ‘The Dark Night’. This movie is neither a ‘Sequel’ a ‘Prequel’. I am at a loss for words right now. ‘Joaquin Phoenix’ gets into the skin of the character that he's playing. I've watched both ‘The Dark Knight’ and To be honest I don't feel like comparing Heath and Joaquin's portrayal of ‘Joker’. I'm not going to write the story. Right from the beginning you know what's going to happen. This movie tackles with Mental Illness. The movie is set in the 70’s and late 80’s. You empathize with Arthur. There are so many great actors in the movie, Robert De Niro for that matter. Each frame in the movie makes you fall in love with Arthur. You also have young Bruce Wayne in the movie. Getting into the skin of a character like that (Joker) is not an easy thing to do. But Joaquin Phoenix makes it look so beautiful on screen. Can't wait to see it again, not on the big screen this time, phew!!!!!!. You invest in these characters right from the first scene. I'm not going to rate this film on the scale of 1-5. That's it for today. Enough praise for the day. I wish I could write more, but I'm at a loss for words right now, anyways, I hope Joaquin Phoenix wins the Oscar for Joker next year.😃 📖By, 📽️ Nikhilesh Bendre 🖋️. #myfilmreccomendations #Joker #filmcompanion #ReviewWithFC #mynetflixreviews #unprofessionalcritic https://www.instagram.com/p/B3ZqncOlO8Jj5v2UVtUC5r1Jx4CC8vIinoJYUA0/?igshid=jq7fy8wpk31r
