In his home city of Zedash, in the center of the Dwendalian Empire, on the planet Exandria, is a wanted man. Revolution, or "Revolt" for short, is a pallid green Bloodline of Dispater tiefling. He is a 32 year old phantom subclass rogue with a criminal background.
In the Tri-Spire of Zedash, within a gaurdhouse, a guard captain addresses his men, "The crook has been described as an off-putting, emotionless, extreme revolutionary. Approach with caution."
Under the city, in the bustling criminal underworld, a smuggler gossips to his colleague, "Have ya ever met Revolt? Guy with the blank stare and the spiral horns? You haven't? Well, if you ever do cross paths, don't be fooled by the whole creepy vibe. He's a real bleedin' heart under all that scary. I mean, and you didn't hear it from me, he sneaks people in real bad situations out of the city on the down low, and for no pay either! I could never."
