Ai eu me lembrei que não tenho linguiça pronta no freezer, e como não uso linguiça ou salsicha industrializado aqui em casa, resolvi deixar o Cassoulet para outro dia - provavelmente ainda esse final de semana, porque agora fiquei com vontade! Para hoje então teremos Minestrone, do qual apenas dispensei o macarrão da receita tradicional, já que trigo demais não tem me feito muito bem e os outros macarrões "alternativos" pra mim não rola, acho todos ruins. Como eu sou legal, fiz uma quantidade de Minestroni muito maior do que somos capazes de comer aqui em casa, e assim que a sopa esfriar completamente, vou congelar em porções individuais, que serão dedicadas aos meus dias de preguiça de cozinhar, ou para quem quiser encomendar!!!! #PatFeldman #CompreDaPat #minestroni #revolutionday (em São Paulo, Brazil)
