cordelia actually has a point
I’ve been rewatching Buffy the Vampire Slayer, right? And naturally Interview with the Vampire is all over my feed… I’m on episode 3, season 2 of BTVS, “School Hard”, and… now, spoilers for season 2 of a show that’s been over for 23 years, I’ll put in a cut here:
So, recap:
Spike and Drusilla arrive, Spike tells The Anointed that he’ll HAPPILY kill the newest Slayer, and that he’s killed two before… Spike and Buffy meet, he says (paraphrased) “I’ll see you Saturday” Buffy asks “For what?” Spike tells her “I’m gonna kill you”… Thursday comes, it’s parent-teacher night Buffy and this other girl that got singled out by Principal Snyder, Sheila, are supposed to be managing parent-teacher night… Sheila “ditches” (gets turned into a vampire by Drusilla), leaves Buffy to manage on her own… Spike comes in with his gang of vampires and rampages the school trying to find Buffy… Angel cooks up a plan to trick Spike, taking Xander in as a fake victim…
Now, sorry to make you read all that, but this is where it gets interesting… a piece of dialogue:
This may be a stupid thing to make a post about, but I thought it was so funny and great that Spike of all people is referencing Anne Rice…
And the implications of the word “still”… Do vampires in the BTVS universe frequently imitate vampires from the IWTV universe in order to manipulate young women and girls with romance on the mind?
Please feel free to produce any more ideas about this, you wonderful minds of Tumblr… I may be editing this post later to add to it…
the plan with the judge killing every human makes no sense like why would the vampires wanna kill off humans when they live off their blood...
I'm crushing on Giles, but I don't know if it's platonic or romantic.

once more you've managed to boil a complex thought down to its simplest possible form
So many movies and TV shows I want to watch, and I have a whole week of vacation left to watch them all. But I just started season one of Buffy the Vampire Slayer. For the fourth or fifth time.
Dumbass.
