i literally exclaimed out loud “oh thank god she’s okay” when i saw cyclonus. i guess tailgate is gonna wake up next issue cause she’s on the cover? i wonder if tailgate’s reviving thunderclash power had anything to do with cyclonus surviving also?

thank god someone is protesting the nonconsensual mnemosurgery. i guess it was kind of an emergency, and it is good they caught getaway and atomizer quickly, but REALLY rodimus.... i hate that chromedome had to be the one to do it though AND had a bad reaction to boot. where the fuck is scalp and why isn’t he here doing his fucking job as the plot device for when chromedome doesn’t want to inject

everyone else: i want cyclonus to beat up getaway and rescue tailgate

me: i want rewind to recognize getaway is being a creep and tell him off and teach tailgate how to stand up for herself and in the process start himself on the difficult road of realizing that maybe dominus ambus wasn’t such a nice guy after all

tarn being dominus ambus is plausible and all but i kinda don’t want it to be the case bc i feel it wraps up his relationship with rewind too nicely you know?

like imagine they find dom and he’s not moustache-twirlingly evil. now the comic is forced to address the coercive nature of his relationship with rewind, rewind’s unhealthy idolization of him and inability to let go of him, chromedome’s insecurities about him (not to mention magnus’s), etc. you lose a lot of that if it turns out oh he’s a sadistic + torturous decepticon mass murderer who is unambiguously bad and therefore very easy to dismiss.

even if he does eventually turn out to be an antagonist i want him to be a scumbag protagonist first, because there’s huge potential there and i’d hate to see it wasted
