Sun’s Cats
Sun still gets his cats in this rewrite! Cleo’s still a tux, while I made Muffin orange since that’s what he is. If not in color, in spirit.
Anyways I’m just gonna go over how Sun got his cats, since why not and I have no clue if that was ever covered in canon, but it will be here!
Sun got Cleo and Muffin while he and Moon were still stuck in the same body sharing a body, and it happened one day when a daycare kid brought in a cardboard box that was making a lot of suspicious noises.
Sun naturally confiscates the box, since he assumed it was a danger to the kids, and after closing he finally gets to opening it, and finds two kittens in there. Sun just panics the first few minutes, I mean he’s never actually seen a cat before, let alone two.
The next few days are spent secretly using Daycare funds to buy stuff for the cats, and doing research on how to care for them. The cats are kept secret from everyone else at the Pizzaplex, mainly under the assumption that if they were found out about, the cats would get taken away.
Anyways Sun names them Muffin and Cleo, assuming Cleo was a girl at first, and Moon finds out when he hears yowling coming from their room late at night, and decides to keep it secret for Sun’s sake.
