The sketch is a demonstration of how a Muppet character can totally change personality based on facial features and accessories. Jim Henson did this kind of demonstration a number of times, but here it's done at a funny pace and is very charming.

When 1776 won’t start up on your computer so you throw a fit cuz you really wanted to watch it and you’re autistic and can’t handle things not working so you stress out even more and then you finally remember you have the DVD so then you take the harder way out and set that up so now you can stim through 1776 happily
