10. Does your character feel more comfortable with more clothing, or with less clothing?

When JJ’s just hanging out in his room by himself, he usually chills in a t-shirt and boxers (after top surgery he doesn’t wear shirts at home often) but around other people he doesn’t usually wear less than a t-shirt and jeans.

14. Does your character remember names or faces easier?

He definitely remembers faces better. He’s okay with names but he easily recognizes faces he’s seen before.

21. If something tragic or negative happens to your character, do they believe they may have caused or deserved it, or are they quick to blame others?

Neither really. Connie is really realistic and practical so she generally realizes who or what is actually at fault. But unless someone genuinely meant to hurt her, she doesn’t hold a grudge about it. She does occasionally get angry at the world/universe/gods when things go awry, however.

24. How quick is your character to trust someone else?

Again, Connie is practical and she’s a pretty good judge of character. If she thinks someone is a trustworthy, she trusts them pretty quickly but if she knows that someone is bigoted or thinks they’re kinda shady, she takes a much longer time to trust them. But even when she doesn’t trust people, she doesn’t usually give people the cold shoulder.

18. Is your character more likely to admire wisdom, or ambition in others?

Definitely wisdom. Isaac’s a smarty pants and he likes other smarty pants - as long as they’re not assholes about being smart.

38. Is your character more likely to remove a problem/threat, or remove themselves from a problem/threat?

It depends on the problem/threat. Generally he’s not a fan of confrontation but if he knows he can deal with the problem/threat, he’s willing to face it and remove it. Otherwise, he’d rather remove himself.

Lotus and Buzz?

Buzz is one of very few people who have seen Lotus cry. And not just like accidentally walking in her crying; she’s gone to him for comfort when she knows she’s gonna cry

They totally take ~artsy~ pictures of each other with flowers and plants and stuff

Lotus has to re-explain how to use the camera every time

Imagine them saving little bumblebees and giving them little spoons of sugar water and Buzz always names the bumblebee even though they’re never gonna see it again

They go on hikes together and Lotus is a very athletic person and isn’t someone who takes more time than necessary to do things so she’s hiking much faster and keeps having to wait for him

Mostly because Buzz wants to stop and smell every flower and enjoy every bit of nature to the fullest

Cooking with Buzz always makes Lotus laugh because he makes bad puns

Neither of them are the type of people to talk about their past but the two of them have had a few late nights where they end up telling each other things they’d never really tell anyone else

Lotus has tried edibles that Buzz has made when she’s really stressed out but she doesn’t really like the feeling and doesn’t try it again

They drink so much tea together

Honestly the two of them are probably the main contributors to the mug collection the Demeter cabin has. They keep buying mugs that have plants or quotes on them because they drink so much tea

Buzz puts flowers in his hair and Lotus rolls her eyes (but she’s smiling)

He makes her flower crowns so she can have flowers in her hair too

She definitely wears them and keeps them for however long the flowers live

Sweater buds! They both own so many sweaters imagine them going shopping for sweaters together

Lotus doesn’t celebrate Christmas and because of her problems with her dad, she doesn’t always go home for winter break, and if she does it’s only for a few days. She spends the rest of the time at camp, usually hanging out with Buzz

They make Christmas cookies! They try lots of different recipes too

Also they decorate some of the plants with lights

Lotus can be really protective of Buzz. If he does something dangerous, she’ll get upset at him and probably lecture him. If anyone hurts or upsets Buzz, she gets seriously angry

Imagine them trying out like all natural face masks together and it’s so hard for them not to smile or giggle about it because they look so funny

They send each other little packets of seeds every so often so they can expand their home gardens

speaks fluent welsh, it’s actually his first language. it was always marked down on his forms as ‘other languages spoken at home’ and people were like ‘seriously’ and he has to sigh and nod

wears braces in high school, and always has neon coloured elastics

when he and tawnee were dating the teachers were OVER THE MOON because their star students were a) not fighting and b) nerd couples and then they broke up and the Competition is real

liam is extremely competitive - he always wants to be the best at what he does

his adhd and add are much worse then other demigods, and he takes medication for a while to help focus. quinn was really good about making sure he got his meds on time at camp.

he loves and respects all his siblings so much and values their opinion v highly. if he has a Real Dilemma he’ll message his siblings. the athena cabin probably has a group on FB where they share nerdy things and have Discourse.

he has 3 older mortal sisters who he really cares about. he’s had to fight off monsters for them before.

while he’s a flirt, he’s usually all talk no walk. one night stands really aren’t his thing, but flings (a week+ in his words) are more his style. he finds it hard to express his feelings to people.

this is new, but 100% bisexual

he becomes a game developer and goes way out of his way to make the games accessible to all, which earns him a couple promotions/raises/bonuses after the games do v well

(prompt) dash and graham talking/bonding/doing anything/being friends

Graham and Dash are lying next to each other on Dash’s bed,talking to each other about whatever comes to mind. The conversation moves fromfamily stress to funny stories about friends to celebrity crushes and anythingelse worth talking about. When Graham starts talking about his most recent datewith Vaughn, Dash falls quiet. There’s a moment of Graham talking animatedlybefore he realizes Dash isn’t responding.

“Are you okay?” Graham asks.

Dash sits up and leans against the headboard of his bed. He’spulling nervously at a frayed seam on his jeans and won’t look at Graham.

“Uh, I want to tell you something,” Dash says, his eyesflicking to Graham for a second.

Graham pushes himself up so he’s sitting next to Dash. “Okay,”he says. “What’s up?”

Subconsciously, Dash covers his mouth with his fingers, areaction to how nervous he’s feeling. He knows Graham isn’t going to bejudgmental or mean, but that doesn’t stop relieve any of the anxiety. Part ofhim feels like Graham is going to react badly, even though he knows rationallythat Graham won’t.

“I don’t know how to say it,” Dash says. The words areresting on the tip of his tongue but he can’t force them through his lips.

“Usually you say things with words,” Graham says. Dash swatshis shoulder and Graham yelps, even though they both know it didn’t hurt. Grahamrubs his shoulder where Dash hit him and says, “Fine, say it in pig latin.”

“Graham,” Dash says with a small smile. “You’re not helping.”

“Do you not know how to speak pig latin?” he says. “I canteach you.”

“Graham,” Dashsays again, exasperated.  

“Whatever it is I’m not gonna judge you, Dash,” Graham says.Dash relaxes a bit. It’s more believable that Graham won’t judge him after he’sactually said it out loud. And then Graham ruins it by following up thatsentence with, “Unless you’re about to tell you killed someone and need helpburying the body. I might judge you for that.”

Dash blinks, “Would you still help?”

“Did you kill someone!?” Graham says, leaning away fromDash. Dash laughs and shakes his head, nudging Graham’s knee with his own.

“Oh. Yeah, no, I don’t think I would help,” Graham says.

“Wow, great friend you are,” Dash says with a laugh.

He frowns at Dash, “Are you avoiding telling me what youwanted to tell me?”

“A little,” Dash admits. Graham doesn’t respond, just looksat Dash expectantly. The butterflies in his stomach start up again and he sortawishes that he hadn’t even brought this up. Taking in a deep breath, Dash says,“I, uh…I…I like boys.”

“Oh,” Graham says, looking at Dash. “Same.”

“And girls,” Dash says to clarify.

“Not same,” Graham says. “I mean, girls are nice. But not mytype.”

“Graham, please don’t tell anyone,” Dash says. He’s notready for everyone to know about his sexuality.

“I won’t,” Graham promises. He wrinkles his nose, “Outingpeople is gross.”

Dash smiles, feeling relieved. He’s not sure how he expectedGraham to react; he probably should’ve guessed it would be like this. Having Grahamknow is nice feeling and he’s excited that he’ll be able to talk to Grahamabout his sexuality whenever he feels like it.

“Hold on,” Graham says. “If you like boys, does that meanyou were omitting celebrity crushes earlier.”

“Maybe,” Dash says with a grin.

“So do you agree with me that Zac Efron is hot?” Grahamasks. He has a serious expression on his face, as if the answer to thisquestion could make or break their friendship. Dash laughs. “Dash, this is serious.”

What part of being a demigod does Parker hate the most? Does he wish he was mortal? How does Lotus let loose and relax? What are Tammy's guilty pleasures?

1. Parker doesn’t enjoy the fighting and the violence that comes with being a demigod. The war against Kronos was the worst, as he couldn’t bear fighting actual humans. Fighting monsters is hard enough for him. 

2. Being a demigod has given Parker opportunities to meet people he now really cares about and he also knows he owes at least some of his intellectual prowess to his mother. He wouldn’t have met some of his closest friends if it weren’t for being a demigod. The pros outweigh the cons for him, so no, he doesn’t wish he was mortal.

3. Cooking, baking, or gardening. She feels her best when she’s getting things done and those three things are activities that make her feel really at peace.

4. She likes food a lot more than she lets on. She also loves jewelry and action movies.
