Hear the public singing happy birthday to Princess Leonor at her arrival!
Princess Leonor attended the reading of the Spanish Constitution today, along with her father, King Felipe, her mother Queen Letizia, and sister Infanta Sofia. It was the day of her 13th birthday, but also the 40th anniversary of the constitution. When they arrived, the public sang to ‘happy birthday’ to her, she responded with a big smile and a ‘thank you’ (as you can see in the video). Then at the event, her father began reading, and she followed him reading the first article. She was congratulated when she returned to her seat by the President, Pedro Sanchez, who was siting beside her and was the next one reading. This was the first time she intervened on a public event. Hoy visitaron el Centro Cultural "La FPÁbrica", antigua Fábrica de Armas de la Vega.
The Spanish royal family has travelled to Asturias where will preside over the 40th "Princess of Asturias Awards" ceremony tomorrow.
Today the royal familiy visited "La FPábrica" Cultural Centre, former La Vega Arms Factory.
