Rez Probs: Bad Internet on the Rez 😩

It's very awkward when students are pissed and posting on our Facebook page about things - whenever I try to offer helpful suggestions, I almost do it gingerly because I'm afraid they're gonna snap back at me :S

Advice from rez lifers, please (and anyone else with suggestions)??

So our residence has students fill out a survey about move-in, and give us feedback about the process and how they're finding rez so far. We already have the incentive of being entered in a draw for an awesome prize (think TV, tablet, etc here) if they fill it out, and they get a Rez Buck (fake money they can use to buy treats, etc throughout the year - everyone loves them) once they show us they've filled it out. BUT NO ONE WILL DO IT!!!

Our managers are all over us saying we need more people to do it and all the residents are whiny and like 'nooo I don't waaaant to' even though it LITERALLY TAKES 2 MINUTES!!!

Any ideas on how I could convince more people? Am I going about this wrong somehow?? I thought I was finished with the sales crap when I left Old Navy -.-
