Eunice/Uzuki: Established Relationship

Under the shade of the cherry trees, the two women huddled close to each other, giggling and sharing secrets. It was a warm day, but not hot, a cool breeze picking up the cherry blossoms and twirling them playfully through the air. One landed on Eunice’s nose, and Uzuki squealed in delight, before gently brushing it off. They giggled, shifting closer to one another, trapped in the magical moment of petals falling and the breath between them.
“Um, Uzuki,” Eunice said, blushing, “I really want to kiss you.”
“Kiss me, then,” Uzuki breathed, gently closing the distance between them. Eunice brought a hand to Uzuki’s cheek as their lips met in a chaste kiss. There was no hurry between them. They pulled apart, blushing and giggling in the high of the moment. Eunice touched a hand to her lips.
“Wow,” she said, “can we do that again?” Uzuki laughed, bright and musical.
“Absolutely,” she replied. They moved forward again, closing their eyes as their lips met and--
“Milady!” came a rough voice. The two women jumped, pulling apart, blinking in the sudden return to reality.
“Ohhh,” groaned Uzuki, “go away old man!” Tsubute grumbled.
“I leave you alone for a moment, and then I catch you have romantic affairs? I won’t stand for it!” Tsubute said, flitting through the air in irritation. Uzuki rolled her eyes.
“I suppose I must go,” she said, standing. “This has been nice. I will see you back at the inn, yes?” Eunice smiled, nervously eyeing Tsubute.
“Yeah, I’ll see you then,” she said. Uzuki took her leave, arguing with Tsubute in their own language as they walked away. Eunice touched her fingers to her lips once more. Next time she would find a more private place.
