RFA Reacting to MC’s wonderful singing voice

[Zen] 

He was rather stressed out with his new role. 

He found difficulty in singing lower & softer due to the fact most guys had manly & loud voices. 

Despite his daily practice, he ended up sounding like a dying bird instead. 

Luckily, MC had a hidden talent for singing and mastered the art of changing the tone of her voice. 

One day, she came to Zen with a pile of books in her arms and bumped them in their desks. 

Vocal lessons for amateurs… 

Zen wouldn’t be lying that MC was starting to scare him with her unconventional methods. 

She would urge him to drink her handmade voice enhancement drinks: the ingredients were beyond recognizable and they tasted like he was ready for his funeral. 

She would scribble on his face with a permanent red marker if he failed to even sing one single lyric properly. 

But he did enjoy competing with MC through the Karaoke machine, although he had not once won against her. MC was such a singing beast. 

Heck, she could even change her voice to a bona fide man’s voice while singing!  

But it was thanks to her efforts that he pulled yet another brilliant character to perfection during his play.

Being a LOLOL addict, he had encyclopedia knowledge from the functions of LOLOL to the limited Edition Merchandises. 

You had no idea how this gamer reacted when he found out that his girlfriend, MC was the official singer for LOLOL and voiced one of his favorite character.  

He would practically worship her and brag about MC to his LOLOL friends who wouldn’t believe this boi. 

Yoosung would be a regular visitor at her workplace studio and would secretly illegally record her unofficial songs for personal reasons.  

He’d also be an extreme fanboy who had a complete set of a fan’s equipment from head to toe.

He would be at the VIP area (thanks to MC), screaming his lungs out and singing along with MC. 

And at home, they would have a sing & guess challenge where MC would sing official songs from LOLOL and he’d have to guess them right. 

Guess what? He gets them all right because he put his encyclopedia knowledge to use.

As a person who fangirls over aesthetic things/person like Zen, if she did find out about MC’s singing talent, the next thing you know is that she’ll fangirl over it. 

It wouldn’t take a day for Jaehee to have full knowledge of when MC started singing and having a talent for it. 

When did MC first started singing? When she was a toddler. 

The first song she ever sang? The Barbie Song. 

The first award she received from? Her school, of course. 

The first song that MC originally created? A classical electric music. 

Whenever Jaehee was stressed out from work and MC was busy, she’d wear her earphones and listen to MC’s recorded songs in max volume. 

Expect her to dance along with the song. 

One time, she asked for one of MC’s award certificate and the next day, MC saw it framed with the quote: 

“PAY SOME RESPECT TO MY GIRLFRIEND!”

If MC were to become a singer, she’d be ultimate fangirl who’d support MC to the ends of the world.

This boi would often get insomnia due to stress from having to deal with his father’s scandalous affair that kept affecting the reputation and profit of C&R by saving the company every single time. 

He would stay awake for hours but wouldn’t mind it since he could watch MC sleeping like an angel beside him. 

But MC being MC would be worried once she found out about his insomnia. 

One day, he was snapped out of his meditation when he heard her singing a lullaby with that lovely voice of hers and stroking his head gently. 

He could listen to her singing for hours and he’d never get tired of it. 

Being sang to while being spoiled with her affection, he secretly loved it. 

But unfortunately, sleep overtook him and he slept like a pampered king while trapping MC in his arms for a day.

From that day on, he’d cutely ask if MC could sing to him while stroking his head whenever he felt fatigued. 

Being pampered on those days was what he now looked forward. 

Maybe this was what Elizabeth the 3rd felt whenever they pampered her.

Even in day one, he’d already know about her singing voice. 

A lovely voice like that of an angel. 

Although he’d never heard her in person since she seemed embarrassed about singing in front of people. 

He was upset with this until… 

He accidentally opened an occupied bathroom where MC was too engrossed with her shower that she started singing so loud. 

It was like a fraction of heaven… 

So it became a habit that he’d listen to her by the door because damn, her voice was nothing like he listened to before. 

Peeping Tom or not, as long as MC doesn’t know, he was safe and far from getting exposed. 

Well that was until Vanderwood threw a frying pan at him when he was caught fanboying over MC’s singing.

She stopped singing from that day onwards, but that was fine since he had everything recorded in his private phone.

Seated in a classroom with some kind of food smell still in your hair (and with the noodles you had found in your hair, it was most definitely the spaghetti from lunch today), the look on your face was absolutely murderous.

The food fight during your lunch period wasn’t even your fault in the first place! For some reason, two groups of weirdos just decided to just start a random food fight in the middle of lunch. Then there was one misthrow, with spaghetti hitting one of the really tall boys in your grade, and then chaos just erupted in that cafeteria.

You had only gotten involved was because someone threw food at you, and you just happened to shove mashed potatoes (or at least something similar) down somebody’s shirt when your principal and vice principal walked into the cafeteria, everyone had gone silent, and whatever other food you had in your hands had fallen to the floor. You and one of the groups of people (you were too indignant to care about who they were then) were given detention for the rest of the week.

And now here you were, waiting until your hour of detention was over and then you could go home and start the homework that the teacher in charge of detention didn’t allow you to do.

You weren’t the only one in the classroom, 5 others were with you. Their group consisted of a girl with short brown hair with glasses,  some guy with silver (white???) long hair tied back into a ponytail, a younger looking guy (probably a sophomore or something) with blonde hair and long bangs that were held back with brown clips in the shape of an x, a scruffy redhead with yellow glasses furiously typing at his phone, and then the more serious looking of the 5, with dark brown, almost black hair, the only one actually looking like a businessman with how nicely he dressed all the time.

You recognized them a bit better now, they were a part of some kind of fundraising club, or whatever, not just for the school but for different organizations that they chose at random each month. They would do a lot of different events, most of them being parties that you’ve never gone too and only knew of because your friends would go.

Instead, you put your earbuds in and stared blankly at the chalkboard in the front of the room.You’d definitely rather be anywhere else than here.

Then that was when the tapping started. It was a very little poke on your shoulder, and you only thought it was in your imagination, but then it continued, and with an annoyed sigh, you turned around, it was the redhead with glasses, a playful grin on his face.

Giving him a pointed look, you removed one of your earbuds, “What do you want?”

They all turned to look at one another, and in sync, nodded before turning back to you, and you felt yourself become just a little bit concerned about that.

The ponytailed dude stood up, and then took the seat in front of yours, giving you a charming smile as he passed (that you nearly fell for you’d give him that.), followed by the brown haired girl and the blond taking the seats on your left and right respectively.

Did they just seriously surround you?

…Yes. Yes they did.

You blinked, looking at each of them with curiosity, replacing the bit of animosity you had towards them for getting you in detention, “So uh, do you guys need something?”

Finally, the fifth person of their posse stood up, before standing in front of your desk. What was his name again? The only thing you were sure of was that his name started with a J or something along those lines. Jihyun? No, that was the dude with the teal hair running the photography club.

You continued to stare at them, it had to be your damn luck that you were stuck in a classroom with a bunch of weirdos.

“Would you join the RFA?” He asked although you knew this was more of a command, and you were certain that he expected you to agree anyway, no matter how you felt about it.

As an adult, looking back at that time and saying yes, was probably one of the best decisions you’ve ever made. You supposed that detention would be good for something.

Drabble for Mint Eye finding out MC grew up in a cult?

Unknown:

“…Oh? What’s this _____? Your first cult? Well well well… what a surprise…”

You turned to Unknown, the hacker working on one of his ‘reports’ whilst you talked to the RFA about the next party you’d be hosting. But the party was the last thing on your mind when you realised what he had found, a photo of your childhood self shown on his computer, holding a gold bejeweled chalice.

“That was… something I wished to forget.”

You mumbled, Unknown humming in response before saving the old photo and turning his computer off completely. He stared back at his reflection in the computer’s screen for a moment, shaking his head before he turned to you. 

“…Well, you’re better off being here instead.”

You raised an eyebrow at his words as he moved to sit beside you, taking your phone from your hands before tossing it elsewhere with a smirk. But before you had the chance to give him a piece of your mind, he held you by your waist a pulled you close - your face close to his as you met his mint green eyes.

“Besides, you’re my assistant now - so enjoy this paradise while it lasts.”

Rika:

“..._____, what’s that you have there on your arm...? Is it a tattoo?”

You thought that today was a good day to wear something new instead of your old turtleneck, Rika’s fingers tracing the outline of the tattoo on your upper arm whilst you two had coffee in her apartment. The tattoo left your skin rough and scarred, making you flinched at the feeling.

“How long have you had it _____? It’s fading...it’s so... sinister...”

She whispered, as you had your eyes downcast. You rather not lie to her, but at the same time you’d rather not tell her the truth. She placed her hand on your shoulder, using the other to tilt your head up as she frowned at you.

“It’s... one of those sort of tattoos. I’ve had it since I first joined the...”

You trailed off, tears threatening to fall from your eyes at the memory as Rika took your hands into hers. The apartment felt more cold, the sun disappearing behind the clouds as she grew more serious. You felt a chill up your spine as she picked up her phone, dialling a number.

“What filthy people... It’s okay _____, I’ll make sure that they... repent.”

ZEN:

• Zen kisses you a lot on impulse, especially when he’s feeling good that day.

• He always blows a kiss to the camera at the end of interviews because of you.

• He has trouble controlling the beast himself whenever you kiss him back.

• He sometimes smudges your lipstick when he kisses you, and he loves it.

• He tends to get rough and deep with kisses when he’s feeling jealous.

Jaehee Kang:

• Jaehee does kiss you from time to time, but she prefers doing it in private.

• She always kisses you on the cheek before she goes off to work.

• She goes red whenever you kiss her on the lips and she’s not expecting it.

• She enjoys being kissing you near the lips because of your reactions.

• She finds that your kisses make her feel better whenever she’s feeling down.

• Yoosung still hesitates to kiss you because he’s not sure if he’s kissing right.

Mystic Messenger Imagines’ F.A.Q.

1. How do you usually write imagines for Mystic Messenger?

I do Reader-Insert imagines, with the Reader themselves written without a specified gender and sexuality in order for anyone (and everyone) to insert themselves where the Reader is.

I also have canon divergence in my imagines because of the various storylines and endings in Mystic Messenger, meaning that not all of my stories connect with Cheritz’s.

2. What requests are you okay with?

I’m open to a lot of requests when it comes to writing my imagines! You can request the Reader experiencing their first date and first kiss, or their first fight and breakup.

Feel free to request some pure fluff to full-on angst, or soulmate aus - there are a lot of prompts that I’d love to use and write!

3. What requests aren’t you okay with?

I have a hard time doing requests that are on the nsfw side of imagines. I’m not good at describing certain details, and the time I spend on them is better off being used on other requests…

And for other sort of requests, the ones that I really can’t bring myself to do are ones to do with self harm or suicide - I won’t write them.

4. How long do you work on a request?

It really depends on whether a person has requested a series of headcanons, drabbles or oneshots, and who they requested from the RFA and Mint Eye.

I find that headcanons and drabbles take less time than oneshots, though overall it tends to take me at least day to write, edit and proofread a request.

I do try to post one request a day, but sometimes I have to post a series of them at the end of the week due to studying.
