I love these so much. Could you do the RFA members finding out that their s/o is pregnant? But with no cheating on Jaehee's part.
Admin’s Note: There was another request from an Anonymous who asked if V, Rika and Unknown could be done also but I decided to only write Vs, as I had a lot of difficulty to write Rika’s and Unknown’s. I’m really sorry!
Jumin Han: You noticed that lately you haven’t been feeling well, as during work you tended to feel tired, sore and nauseous more often than usual. But you brushed it off by taking medicine and drinking more coffee whilst you worked. But what you were concerned about was that your period was later than it should’ve been, as you checked your calendar.
Nevertheless you continued to go on with your days, not mentioning it to anyone - although you realised that you should’ve when one day…
“_____, do you want me to take care of that? You don’t look well today.”
You hear Jaehee comment, as the symptoms from before got gradually worse from before. You had been organising some documents from Jumin’s previous meeting and conference before you felt a jabbing pain in your stomach; which caused you to bend over and take a moment to focus on breathing.
“It’s okay Jaehee, I’m only a little sore.”
You look up and give her a smile.
“I finished organising them. Could you give these to Jumin for me please?”
You stood up from your desk to give her the papers, but at that moment you felt the papers slip from your hands; as you fell to the floor. The last thing you could hear was Jaehee as she called for Jumin, and the last thing you could feel was the pain in your stomach fading as you closed your eyes…
When you did wake up again however, you found yourself in the hospital and hooked to an IV. You had a pounding headache and you were thirsty, as you looked around to see a glass and a pitcher of water on a table beside you.
You managed to pour yourself a drink but almost spilt it when a doctor came in accompanied with Jumin - who had a concerned look on his face. You took a moment to drink what you poured before the doctor began to speak.
“You’ve been overexerting yourself for the past month or so _____, you’re lucky that neither you or your child has been affected by it.”
“W…wait… my… child? What do you mean doctor?”
“_____… you’re pregnant. You’ve been pregnant since last month.”
You almost dropped the glass at his words, as they excused themselves and left you and Jumin alone in the room.
Jumin sat beside you as you placed the glass back on the table, before looking at him. You knew that you should’ve told him that you were experiencing these things sooner and yet… You got yourself into this mess, as you only now found out you were going to have a child.
You looked down and placed a hand on your stomach.
What if your child was affected? What would’ve you done? You couldn’t live with yourself if they were harmed…
“Jumin… I’m sorry. I didn’t know that I was pregnant. I thought I was sick and-”
“I understand that you put others and the company before yourself but this time, I can’t afford you to do that. I want you to take care of yourself and our child, for the both of us _____.
I don’t want you doing anything like this ever again, alright? ”
Jumin interrupts, as he places his hand over yours as he looks at your stomach. You could see a small smile appear on his face as he looks back at you, before he gave you a quick kiss on the lips.
“With that being said, I want to take care of you two also, after all… I am going to be a father soon.”
You could feel tears welling up in your eyes as he said that, knowing that he wouldn’t leave you because of the unplanned pregnancy. Eventually you began to cry and hiccup as you held him close, knowing that he’d be a great father.
(And then all the other RFA Members simply stand outside your hospital room in silence as they complete about whether they should come inside or not.)
Jaehee Kang: You didn’t know whether you should consider it to be a miracle in the works or not but when you decided to go for your monthly check-up at your regular clinic, your doctor told you that you were indeed pregnant by a number of months. You let the words sink in your mind as you left, despite how much you were in disbelief at the news.
You had actually had IVF done on you before you had met Jaehee, after you found out your partner cheated on you and came to the conclusion that it would be better to be on your own and raise a family by yourself (though that changed after Jaehee came into your life). Unfortunately you were told then that there was a 99.9% chance that you wouldn’t fall pregnant, which made you believe that it was impossible for the 0.01% chance to happen.
But now (to your surprise) that 0.01% miracle happened to you, despite the fact you haven’t experienced any of the signs and your stomach has barely expanded.
You knew that your fiancé, Jaehee needed to know the moment you left, but as you were about to call and tell Jaehee the news you had just received; you hesitated. You didn’t know how she would react, and as you stared at your phone… you wanted to wait until she came back home to tell her everything.
When you did get home and waited for her, you couldn’t help but question how exactly you were going to tell her. You sighed and sat down as you thought about it, only for Jaehee to come in at that moment.
“Is there something wrong _____?”
You looked to see her, standing there with Elizabeth the 3rd in her hands as she put the feline on the floor and let her walk around the room.
You said, looking at Elizabeth who began to roll around on the floor spreading the dreaded ‘c-hair’ (as Jaehee called it).
“You know… you and I both take care of Elizabeth really well… do you think we would do okay if we took care of a child instead?”
You question, as she looked at Elizabeth and cringed at the mess she made.
“I think we would, but I would rather take care of Elizabeth the 3rd than a child, they can be quite a handful depending on whose it is.”
Jaehee answers, as she sighed before sitting next to you.
“If it was ours… do you think we would do a pretty good job then?”
She looked over at you, as you closed your eyes and took a deep breath before opening them and meeting her gaze.
“I… found out today that I’m pregnant… I had actually had IVF performed on me a while ago, before we met but… I was told that I wouldn’t fall pregnant.
I know I should’ve told you sooner but… I didn’t realise I was until now…
I’m sorry… I don’t really know if we’re ready to have a child but… I want to know your perspective on this Jaehee.”
You said, waiting for her response.
She took a moment or so to think about it, before she took your hands in hers and had a concerned look on her face.
“_____… to be honest I don’t think we’re ready… Why didn’t you tell me about this sooner? I trust you a lot _____, and I expect the same level of trust back.
You could have easily had a miscarriage during these past few months, because you didn’t know that you were pregnant. If there’s a chance that something could happen, then you should consider that it may happen.
…Please… don’t ever do anything that is as risky and dangerous like this again. You’re lucky to have had this child, and I want this child to be taken care of and raised well.”
You nodded in response, knowing that her reasons and view on the matter was more than reasonable and understandable, as a number of tears began to fall from your eyes.
“I’m going to do some research and learn everything I can in order to raise our child, alright? I’ll ask Mr. Han if I can go on leave so that we can get through this, together. As long as we’re in this together, we should be able to do this.”
You couldn’t help but hold her close to you as you sobbed, knowing that you made a mistake that could’ve easily taken a toll on your relationship; but Jaehee managed to make sure that your relationship could be sustained during this hard time. She wanted to make this work, and you were going to help her.
707: Your hands started to tremble as you picked up the pregnancy test from the bed side drawer and checked it, as you saw the plus signs begin to appear. This was the second test you had taken, as you ran your hands through your hair and sighed. You wanted to make sure that you were 100% pregnant.
But you knew that you were either way, as you looked down at your stomach and said a silent prayer to whoever was listening; before you disposed the tests (by flushing it down the toilet, but please - don’t try this at home) and thought about the news for a while.
The next month you wondered about how Seven would feel about you having a child, and that the child was his. But you knew that you had to tell him sooner or later, especially since the signs were becoming more clearer than you wanted them to be - as at times you threw up from eating Seven’s chips and drinking his soda.
You tried to hint at what the signs meant but to no avail, as you decided that when the time was right you would tell him. Though as much as you said you wanted to tell him when the time was right, you could never bring yourself to tell him the news - and it was making you more and more guilty as time passed.
But, then on one particular night…
“_____, these cars are my children! I can’t bear to part with them!”
Seven smiles as he plays around, continuing to clean and polish his cars. You laughed at how he was acting as you looked at your reflection on one of them, as he wrapped an arm around your shoulder and pulled you close, looking at yours and his reflections also.
“But, these guys won’t be my children anymore sadly…”
He said, pouting a little before looking at you and putting a hand to your stomach.
You watched as he rubbed it a little, before he said softly:
“…Because… this guy is going to be the only one, right ____…?”
You looked at him, unable to respond to his words. But then again, this was Seven. He was bound to figure it out sooner or later… You feel a little dumb when you realise he probably found out the moment you started going through all the signs. He then reaches into his pocket and pulls out two pair of glasses.
“These aren’t the real thing, but I figured it would be cute if we all matched as a family, right? I can’t wait until they come out and see how lucky they are to have us as parents, right?!”
He smiles at you and laughs, as you can only tear up at his words. He picks you up and spins you around for a moment, continuing to say the words ‘I love you’ again and again (before he puts you down after you announce you were going to throw up if he spun you for a second longer).
You then compose yourself after a moment or two, before he holds you close and whispers in your ear:
“And you were bound to get pregnant during some point in time; I mean… wait… how many times have we done it already? I know we’ve done it at least-”
You covered his mouth and pushed him away before he could finish that sentence, but you knew that you were more than relieved to find out that Seven took the news well; knowing that he would treat and raise your child with as much love and care as he could…
…Though, you made sure that he didn’t create any ‘toys’ (as he called them, but you knew otherwise) that could potentially be harmful for them, you and Seven. Nevertheless, you knew that there would soon be a smaller, identical version of him appearing that would make everyone proud.
(And then the two of you announced the news to the rest of the RFA Members in the worst way possible, as you both called it an emergency and said that you needed help as soon as possible on the chatroom, causing everyone to go into a moment of panic and shock; before you and Seven said it was a joke.
They didn’t talk to either of you for a day afterwards.)
Zen: Since Zen and you were officially known to be a couple, there were many articles and reports done about the two of you - most specifically, when you would start settling down and start a family. You couldn’t imagine what could happen if they found out you fell pregnant and had a child, but you knew that your lives and Zen’s career would start to spiral out of control.
You two made sure to be completely cautious whenever you did anything, but during one of Zen’s rehearsals he received a phone call from you, as you began to cry and sob. He decided to cut the rehearsal short as he went in his dressing room to talk to you privately.“_____, sweetie… what’s wrong? It pains me to hear you this upset and to know that I’m not next to you. Is it that time of the month again? What is it?”
He questions, running his hands through his hair as he hears you taking a few deep breathing before speaking.
“I’m… not going to have my time of the month for a while Zen…”
There was a moment of silence as Zen (for once in his whole life) was at a loss for words; before he said that he’d be home in a few moments and sped home to see you, as the second you opened the door he pulled you into an embrace and kissed you deeply.
“I can’t believe I’m going to be a father _____…! Imagine - a smaller version of both me and you coming into our lives… and being as beautiful as me~.”
You couldn’t help but laugh as he gave you his signature smile, though the terrible feeling you had in your chest didn’t go away as you walked back inside with him; as you could’ve sworn that someone had been watching you then.
When you woke up that morning, you heard multiple knocks on your door - some harsher than others. You looked over at Zen, who was still fast asleep as you got out of bed and walked to the door to open it.
As you opened it, a number of flashes went off making you close your eyes in response; and a number of microphones and cameras were raised up in the airs as they all began to question the child you were about to have. You could also see Zen’s fans in the distance, who were all screaming words full of hatred; directed towards you and your unborn child.
As you became lost in yours own thoughts, you felt an arm wrap around your shoulder and pull you close, as you looked up to see Zen glaring daggers at everyone as he then stood in front of you, speaking up loud and clear.
“Please everyone, no more questions. _____ and I need privacy regarding this matter, and I do not appreciate being visited and pressed about it.”
But before anyone could respond, he closed the door. You cringed as you continued to hear them from outside, looking down at your stomach as you whispered a small sorry before Zen held you from behind; his head buried in the nook of your neck as he kissed you softly.
“I’ll ask the RFA if they can help with this… but for now, you and me will stay inside for the day, is that okay with you _____? I’ll protect you and our child.”
You nodded in response, knowing that the next week or so would be hard from then on.
Fortunately Jumin and Jaehee organised security and a conference a few days later in order to quieten down the media and crowds, which made it easier to go about yours and Zen’s life without having to deal with people arriving at your doorstep every morning and night. But even so, with Zen by your side it made it much easier to face these trials and tribulations, as you were forever thankful to have him as your dearly beloved husband.
Yoosung: You know your body more than anyone else should, so when you noticed that your period was late and that you began to suffer from moments of fatigue (as well as the fact you started to eat foods you usually would never have) that you needed to go get a pregnancy test and have it done. You knew that the chances of you being pregnant was very high, but you had to make sure, you had to…
And sure enough, as you saw the two plus signs appear on the pregnancy test - you were indeed pregnant. You ended up buying two more to make sure, but the results continued to come out the same. You were going to have a child, and Yoosung was the father: despite the fact that neither of you were ready to take care and raise one.
How were you supposed to manage your college life with your soon-to-be parent life? You felt your heart tighten as you thought about the struggles you were going to face in the distant future, and how your relationship could be strained because of it.
You walked out of the bathroom and disposed the tests as you noticed that Yoosung was playing LOLOL again, with a sweet smile on his face as he was talking to his guild (even though it was a school night and he had a test coming up). You couldn’t help but tear up a little, before the tears began to fall from your eyes and sobs escaped you.
You didn’t know what to do, or how to deal with the situation at the point as you broke down crying, only for Yoosung to be at your side within seconds - the guild and the quest that he was on now long forgotten.
“_-____?! W…what’s wrong?! Please don’t cry, is it because of me…? Or… did you want something? Ah… I don’t know what to do…”
He ended up holding you close as he ran his hands through your hair, trying to stop you from crying as you cried into his shoulder for a moment or two; unable to answer him. When you did stop crying, you wiped the lingering tears in your eyes away and steadied your breathing, before looking up at Yoosung.
“Y-Yoosung… I’m… I’m pregnant.”
The moment those words slipped out of your mouth you saw Yoosung’s eyes widen and his mouth open slightly, before his face lit up.
“_____…. Y…you’re going to have a baby?! ______, I can’t believe it…!”
He said, with stars sparkling around his eyes.
“Ah… what should we name it? Will it be a boy or a girl? Hm…”
“But… Yoosung… do you think we’re ready to even have a kid? I mean… we’re still in college and getting our degrees…”
You said, eyes full of worry and concern.
But Yoosung only looked at you lovingly and sweetly as he responded (as his eyes also began to be filled with tears).
“Well… I…I’ll get a job! Maybe two… or three! Maybe Jumin has a part-time job at his company that I can take! But I’ll do whatever it takes to support our family _____… even if it means I have to act more responsible and adult-like.
I love you _____, and I’ll do everything it takes to make sure our kid has a bright and warm future; and that we can be the best parents I know we can be.”
You couldn’t help but tear up at his words once again as he caressed your cheek and kissed your temple, reassuring you that he would be with you every step of the way during this long and difficult period of time, and he would give up anything (and everything) in order to do that.
V: For the past two weeks you’ve been alone since V left for another trip, but little did he know that that when he came home, you had a surprise waiting for him. You weren’t feeling well for the past couple of days and you told the other RFA Members about how you always felt sick in the morning, you fell asleep and felt tense whenever you were organising and working on the party, and how you always had the need to eat foods you usually wouldn’t eat.
No one could explain what was happening to you, as it seemed to come across as the common cold or flu; but when you mentioned to Jaehee during a phone call that your time of the month wasn’t on schedule as it should have, she knew what you were experiencing as you heard her typing away on her laptop whilst on the call.
“_____… I looked up the early symptoms for pregnancy and… it’s seems that all of these are similar to what you’ve been going through for the past week or so.
I wouldn’t completely rely on this however, since it is only an assumption. I suggest you go have a test done as soon as possible, in order to confirm the news. But in the meantime, take care of yourself.
Sorry, my break is over and I have to go back to working on another cat project for Mr. Han. He wants to start a clothing label and have Elizabeth as the model. But know that all of us we’ll be here for you _____, even if we’re busy at times.”
You thanked her before you said good bye and ended the call, before organising a prenatal visit at your local doctors. You had planned for V to come along with you, only to find out he had to go on another trip that day. But either way you planned to tell him, so you went by yourself.
That was today, after a week of waiting in anticipation of whether or not you were going to have a child. And as you received the news, you couldn’t wait for V to come home from his trip. To be safe, you asked Jumin if he could lend you a car to take you home after walking to the clinic by yourself. He ended up having Driver Kim take you home, as you got the directions as to where he was.
You saw it parked across the road to where the clinic was, as you were mindful of looking both ways before you crossed, only to hear the sound of a car’s horn being heard. Before you knew it, the car’s brakes screeched against the asphalt and you were on the road, as your body screamed out that it was in excruciating pain and darkness began to take over your vision.
The last thing you heard before you blacked out was someone screaming to call emergency services…
You woke up to find yourself in the hospital room, aching all over. You had bandages on your arms and legs and two or three stitches on your stomach.
Your stomach? Oh no… no… please…
You sat up as you lifted your gown, before tears fell from your eyes as you cried and sobbed uncontrollably, as you realised that you may have survived the accident, but your unborn child didn’t.
And it was only a few weeks old… it wasn’t even close to be a month old…
You refused to let anyone see you in this state, even though all of the RFA Members waiting outside of your hospital room. They left flowers and cards on your table before leaving, saying their condolences about the outcome.
It was about an hour or more (you weren’t sure how long it was, but you knew it about that long) before V visited you, sweating and breathing heavily. You knew that he probably ran all the way from home to see you when he found out that you were in hospital; as you broke down crying once again.
“V… Our… our baby… they… they didn’t…”
“They didn’t make it… And I was planning to tell you today… Oh god… I’m sorry… I’m so sorry you had to find out this way…”
His eyes widened for a moment before he took off his glasses; as you saw that tears clouded his vision, before the two of you shared an embrace for a moment of time.
“______… it’s not your fault. It was the driver’s fault… they were drunk and they were speeding. You were only crossing the road. At least we know that our child is in a better place, and that they didn’t have to suffer.
I promise… that I’ll be here for you, and that we’ll go through these times of difficulty together.
We promised didn’t we? In our vows… that we would be together through thick and thin. And I’m staying committed to those vows.”
You could only nod your head in response as the two of you grieved, knowing that your child didn’t get to see the world that you both wanted them to see.
