I‘m beyond ready for the holiday break. Thanksgiving already seems so far away and no where near long enough.

get'cha head in the game
Ya gotta, get’cha get’cha get’cha head in the game.
Unpopular opinion: Adele’s new album is kind of overhyped and even though I love her music, all of her songs sound the same.
What happened at school as all kinds of scary, sleeping in the cafeteria was not fun at all and my back is still a bit sore, but at least I had a coat to keep me warm. I guess that’s one of the perks that comes with having a perfect 4.0 GPA, but that doesn’t really matter, we’re all safe and sound now and all I can wish if for something like that to never happen again. How is everyone doing?
While everyone else was locked at school, I was nice and comfortable asleep in my own bed since I had a doctor’s appointment in the morning, and today school is cancelled. Which means I’ve been catching up on Gravity Falls and playing video games ever since the power came back on. So, in short, life is pretty good.
So classes were canceled today (thank you, flash floods), I’ve got my favorite tea, and Hocus Pocus on DVR. There’s really not much that could make tonight any better except the news that tomorrow is cancelled as well, though I really doubt that’s going to happen since everything seems pretty under control now.
F2F → LOCKDOWN (OPEN)
Quinn gave the lunch lady a small smile as the older woman handed her a tray with a peanut butter sandwich and a glass of milk. Sighing, the blonde grabbed the tray and turned in her heels, making her way back to the same spot she was before, an available table in the corner of the cafeteria. From there, she could see everyone else, some were in line to get their ‘dinners’, while others were already eating in the other tables. Quinn spotted Santana, Blaine and Sam and waved at them, not feeling like getting up. She took a bite of the sandwich, only realizing how hungry she was when she started to eat, and took a few sips of her milk. She couldn’t wait until she could leave the school and go back to the safety of her home, tucked underneath some blankets and able to sleep somewhere comfortable. Quinn absolutely hated storms, so as soon as Principal Figgins announced that there was one coming, all she wanted to go was get the hell out of there, but it wasn’t possible. Now there she was, stuck in school, without power and having to eat a peanut butter sandwich as her dinner. Good thing was that Figgins was passing out flashlights and coats in order of highest to lowest GPA, and man, how glad Quinn was for keeping up her 4.0 GPA.
