It had taken a lot of effort, almost too much, to capture the sniper. Securing the sniper and confining him in one of the deeper basements was as simple as opening a certain black tome.

"I said, have you had enough?" Still no response. Ienzo gave a sigh, and after checking the chains securing Xigbar, he closed the Lexicon. Whatever horrors the Nort had been forced to deal with were suddenly gone, leaving just him and Ienzo in the small room.

"We've had you for awhile, and still no rescue party. I'm beginning to think they might not need you after all." Ienzo gave a smirk, taking a step forward and gently grip the elder man's chin, forcing him to look at him. "So how about the information I requested?"

All he got was a 'fuck you' and an attempt at spitting in his face. The scientist shook his head as he stepped away, opening the Lexicon again to let it do it's work. "Fine, have it your way. I'm in no rush. I can wait forever if I have to. Or until you're not useful anymore."

Ienzo returns to his work upstairs. He still has a city to run, after all.
