This was hilarious. My god. Absolutely absurd, duh, but wow. I love everybody’s faces. I love Anthy getting to quietly coerce Saionji into switching bodies with a monkey. I love the fact that they’re keeping Wakaba in the loop. I love... Shenanigans.

What a nice break from last week’s heartbreak.

I figured out what these little Nanami Breaks remind me of. It’s Jem. This feels like that bit of Jem where they inexplicably went to the Himalayas and Pizzazz got poisoned by a briar.

And with that prime example of a Gilligan Cut, we hit the midpoint.

This one is bizarre, especially after the heartbreak of last episode. It’s kind of nice to have a breather. It’s going back and forth between an excuse so flimsy it makes me wish I had more hands to facepalm into and truly hilarious character comedy. I’m enjoying it, I just. Wow.
