Who can guess what the next career is? 🤔 (Clues in the photo)
The world of The Sims may be better than ours, but let me tell you, they can be little pixel bitches when they want. Case in point, when my sim Genghis Lucky didn't want to woohoo with his new bride on their wedding night. He was too tired from their big day and he turned her down flat.
The next day I saw the bride telling her twin sister about it. I know what she was talking about because his face appeared in her speech bubble, then the failed woohoo symbol. Then they both laughed about it. I mean, that should stay in the bedroom, but telling your twin is kind of understandable. It didn't stop there, though.
Pretty soon I noticed the gossip being passed around all over Strangetown. The Beakers were talking about it. The Smiths laughed about it over dinner with their children. Even my namesake Pixel Curious, one of the nicest sims you'd ever hope to meet, was snickering about it with her brothers. Rude.
The worst part was sometimes a sim would be talking about it right in front of Genghis, and he'd look directly up at me like it was my fault. Which it was, for trying to get a baby on their wedding night when I knew he was too tired. Sims, man. They aren't real, but they sure seem real, and sometimes they're almost human.
