Ok but genuinely how do i improve my reading comprehension and media literacy?
Like i get that this is the piss on the poor website so my milage may vary but i have actually started to notice that since i left school half a decade ago (jesus, lot of emotions i suddenly need to repress) i have a harder time finding specific themes in writing and sussing out authorial intent, the arguments i tend to make to support things i say have been weaker, and more and more ive found myself just kind of parroting opinions of peopke who seem smarter than me without 100% grokking them.
Are there like, resources for this? Like online courses or practice problems? Workbooks or something? I feel really dumb asking this but asking questions more and worrying about looking foolish less is something I've been specifically trying to work on.
Urasawa, all I ask for Christmas is to know that they were taught in Kinderheim 511
Did Johan learn basic math?
Rhetoric?
What clef is my heart? Does it even have limits? Why do I worry?
