November 2021: Thanksgiving

In addition to doing prep chef work like dicing onions, my queen usually assigns me a side dish for Thanksgiving. This year she handed me a butternut squash & said “this is the secret ingredient that you need to make the star of your dish”:
This is the recipe that I used for the butternut squash but with the addition of an eighth of a teaspoon of cayenne pepper... well, technically, it is was a mix of homegrown dried hot peppers (tabasco, cayenne, jalapeno & habanero) but good luck finding that at your local grocery store:
