Indulge in the perfect blend of sweetness and spice with these moist and tender pork ribs wrapped in crispy bacon. The flavorful dry rub and glaze make these ribs a mouthwatering delight for any barbecue or special occasion.
Ingredients: 2 racks pork ribs. 1 cup brown sugar. 1/2 cup smoked paprika. 1 tablespoon garlic powder. 1 tablespoon onion powder. 1 tablespoon chili powder. 1 teaspoon cayenne pepper. 1 teaspoon black pepper. 1 pound bacon slices. 1/2 cup barbecue sauce. 1/4 cup honey. 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar.
Instructions: Before you start, heat your oven to 275F 135C. Take off the membrane that's on the back of the ribs and cut off any extra fat. To make a dry rub, put brown sugar, smoked paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, chili powder, cayenne pepper, and black pepper in a bowl. Make sure the dry mixture covers all of the ribs by rubbing it on evenly. Use toothpicks to hold the bacon slices around each rib rack in place. Put the ribs that have been wrapped in bacon on a baking sheet that has been lined with aluminum foil. It should be baked in a hot oven for three to four hours, or until the ribs are soft and the bacon is golden. BBQ sauce, honey, and apple cider vinegar should all be mixed together in a small saucepan. Keep the heat low until everything is warm. Brush the ribs with the sweet and spicy sauce for the last 30 minutes of cooking. Take them out of the oven and let them cool down for a few minutes. Then cut them into pieces and serve. Eat these sweet and spicy bacon-wrapped pork ribs while they're still warm.
