Rice Paashties/ rotis with south indian style vegetable egg khorma - so good for a weekend brunch! So quick and easy to make. Ingredients: 1 cup rice flour 1 1/2 cups water Salt to taste Instructions: 1. Bring the water to a rolling boil. Add salt to it . Switch of the stove. 2. Now quickly stir in the rice flour, mixing well with a wooden spatula so there are no lumps. 4. Transfer the dough to a zip lock bag and knead the dough until soft and smooth while still warm. 5. Divide into equal parts and make small rounds. 6. Roll each round by adding some dry flour and make rotis. 6. Cook them on a tava on both the sides. When done rub some ghee and enjoy with the khorma or chutney.
