Creamy Mashed Potatoes-Rich & Smooth Recipe
Enjoy Theo's Chocolate Mousse Parfait, which is rich and smooth. A delicious treat for any event is made with layers of rich chocolate mousse, crunchy granola, and fresh berries.
Ingredients: 1 cup Theo's dark chocolate, finely chopped. 1/4 cup sugar. 2 cups heavy cream. 4 large egg yolks. 1 teaspoon vanilla extract. 1/4 cup brewed espresso optional. 1 cup granola. 1 cup fresh berries strawberries, blueberries, raspberries.
Instructions: In a bowl that can handle heat, melt the chopped chocolate over a pot of simmering water or in short bursts in the microwave. Mix until smooth, then put it somewhere to cool down a bit. To make the egg yolks and sugar lighter and a little thicker, mix them in a different bowl with a whisk. Pour the melted chocolate into the egg yolk mixture slowly while whisking all the time to mix. If you want to use espresso or vanilla extract, add them and mix well. Whip the heavy cream in a different bowl until stiff peaks form. Fold the whipped cream into the chocolate mixture slowly until it is well mixed and smooth. Place the chocolate mousse, granola, and fresh berries in serving bowls or glasses. Add more layers until the glasses are full, and then put a dollop of chocolate mousse on top to finish. Put it in the fridge for at least two hours to set. A sprinkle of granola and more berries should be added before serving. Take a bite of Theo's chocolate mousse parfait!
